We were just coming back from visiting Mt. Rushmore, we drove past Reds and decided to stop at Redfs before returning to our hotel. We are so glad we stopped, the BBQ Chicken Thighs we so good and a big portion we order 4 and decided to take 4 more thighs to go. While seating the owner walks around and promotes his products with samples. The owner is very friendly and likes to talk about Keystone & Mt. Rushmore, while talking to the owner we could smell Ribs being cooked, we asked about them and the owner replied Bison Ribs so we ordered some Bision Ribs and to our surprise the were very good and almost falling off the bone. We had a great dining experince and taking with owner, we wish he would open a restuarant here in Homosassa, Florida. When and if you plan of visiting Keystone or Mt. Rushmore, make sure you stop and and enjoy Reds Chicken House & BBQ, and talk with the owner we found him to be very knowledgable about Keystone & Mt. Rushmore area. One thing to remember, Red's closes around 5 P.M, 1700 hours. Our very best to the owner of Red's> Take Care & Happy Traveling: John & Jackie/Homosassa, Florida

I had the brisket sandwich and my husband had the pulled pork. So tasty and the great thing was BBQ sauce was in a bottle at each table so you could add as much of it as you want. We spoke for some time with the owner ( I think he was the owner ) and he was so pleasant and gave some tips on the area.

My husband ordered the brisket sandwich, said it was the best smoked brisket he had ever tasted .. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious.. The meats were so tender.. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are in the area..

Stopped in after a visit to Mt. Rushmore. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. My mom really enjoyed her chicken salad and my nephew was thrilled with his HUGE bison ribs!

We ordered the brisket sandwiches, I had the potato salad and my husband chose the beans. Both were delicious! The meat was smoked perfectly!

My husband and I had BBQ Chicken breast and coleslaw. The chicken was dry and flavorless and the coleslaw bland. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Most embarrassing excuse for a BBQ restaurant I've ever seen! This was from Reds Chicken and BBQ in South Dakota while on vacation. I was excited when I saw the place and that they had Buffalo ribs! THEN I saw them stick them in the microwave. Then I watched them squeeze my wife's pulled pork out of a tube and put it in the microwave. I then watched my son take a bit of his brisket sandwich to describe it as cold and slimy. Seriously! Disgusting! Could barely chew the ribs. Oh. Btw. $92.00! To be fair, that was for 5 people. But no one even ate half their food. And my wife didn't let the kids eat the Cole slaw as we are fairly certain it was spoiled. I'd be absolutely embarrassed as the owner of such a place. Microwave bbq!

The food was horribly overpriced for what you get and not any better than going to a picnic. It was not restaurant quality.

Nice friendly staff. Family owned type place. Good food and prices not too bad for the location. Good beer selection too.

Stopped in on a whim looking for a good sandwich. Ordered the burnt ends and cole slaw and was more than happy with all. Nice guy too!

Thought chicken would be broasted not baked. Coleslaw very bland. Little pricey, especially for a family.

Stopped for a quick bite after dropping the RV off. Wife had the pulled pork with potato salad and I had the burnt ends and baked beans. We each enjoyed our meals and the view from their outside seating was amazing with rain pouring down. Would definitely recommend this for lunch

Caught this place out of the corner of our eye. Everything was delicious and the customer service was some of the best I've ever had. Pricing is consistent with any tourist town. Best food stop on this road trip!

While visiting Mt Rushmore, my husband and I decided to visit the Keystone Mall, located just before the entrance to the national park. Upon spotting Red's Chicken house and BBQ, and seeing buffalo burgers on the menu, we had to check them out. The owner is extremely friendly! The food is great, comfortable and quaint atmosphere, overall a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!
