I'm seeing the same thing at Hardee's as at other fast food places: portion size has fallen while price has increased exponentially. Come on folks, you need to make money, but also need satisfied repeat customers. Hardee's isn't the only fast food place that needs to rethink their customer satisfaction practices. They just happened to be the last place I ate at, so this review is not meant in any way to single them out. If you need fast food, Hardee's is as good as any, but that's not a great compliment.

Always courteous staff. Food served hot and fresh. I enjoy the new food items Hardees brings to their menu. Clean eating area and restrooms. Love the festive decorations for the holidays i started visiting this store on a regular basis in 2023 and will keep coming back!

The food was very good.The diet soda was horrible!It was supposed to be diet Dr. Pepper. But it didn't resemble anything Ive ever drank. Not even close...Otherwise I would have given 5 stars...

Dirty, poorly maintained, unfriendlyMonths of built up dirty finger prints residue on drive up window, blank faced poor hygiene messy clothed sagging pants untucked shirts tattooed and pierced staff, staff not helpful with drive-thru order, many tall overgrown weeds around outside of building, trash around outside of building, dirty dusty building windows. Very greasy burgers, hard over done curly fries, pop tastes poor like they haven't cleaned the lines in a long time. Time for the health department to visit

We didn’t eat inside so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere. My son and I wish Hardee’s would bring back the mini cheeseburgers though

Already Closed at 9:40pm when I arrived. 3rd time this week. Main sign off, menu signs off, but the OPEN sign still lit. Just an educated guess but they most likely made the decision to not stay open until 10pm a while earlier. Came to window and the cowards hid. Really?! Sat a minute at the window, then left and went to one of their competitors. Funny how the OPEN sign goes dark as i drive away. Obviously they know they are not supposed to be closed. Lazy friggin people getting paid 16 bucks an hour, why and for what? Every hotel in town is booked solid as a result of a very large construction project in town. Not to mention it was 100 degrees today so there is no lack of overheated, hungry construction workers. You don't know what real work is like. Absolutely pathetic!

Me, my sister, and my grandma were here today, and we were waiting for our food when our grandma (after 11 minutes) made a comment that sounded mean. She thought that someone else's food was ours and the worker was so nice, but our grandma wasn't. So I wish the worker the greatest day today and that she gets a raise for dealing with a Karen.

Ever since new managers took over this place, the high schoolers run the place and treat customers with massive disregard and disrespect. they also stopped selling the spicy chicken sandwich. It was one of the most popular sandwiches in this location, ever. I don’t know a single person that didn’t love the spicy chicken. It was so dang popular. And it was good. But the incompetent managers decided not to sell it anymore because it’s a cheap item on the menu. They want you to spend more money. God for bid this business Give us anything good. It used to be a weekly occurrence that I would visit the store and now I never visit the store, except once, and they put ketchup and mustard on a sandwich that is not supposed to have those things. They remade it for me after I complained. Damn near threw up over that burger. So I have no desire to visit this business since The one sandwich me and my friends loved the most is no longer there, so they have lost nearly all of our business. Quite sad really. Steve selling this business was the worst thing to happen to this business. Its never been good since.
