I went through the drive thru on a Monday around 1pm and was helped quickly. There is a sign saying to turn your vehicle off since they are having headset troubles, which I did. My order was correct and the food was hot and tasty. The lady working the drive thru was very nice as well.

Pretty standard fast food experience, and I don't mean that in a negative way. I've not had an unpleasant encounter and they have improved the interior over time. I'd only say that I've been tempted to ask if they'd like a very part-time cleaner as you can tell in the storefront where foot traffic is heaviest. The cracks catch the dirt from people's feet whereas the cracks are clean elsewhere in the store. Not really a fault with the business per say, they get rather busy and I've worked fast food before, mopping isn't really the focus. I just take note of it cause I'm also a former janitor and I want to clean the floor whenever I go in.Dietary restrictions: I have noticed the staff not being familiar with some things; someone was asking over the intercom about gluten-free options and the worker wasn't sure how to respond (not sure if they were a manager). You can always order a burger with just replacing the bun with a lettuce wrap instead, though that doesn't necessarily guarantee that it's gluten-free if they don't clean the grill first. I believe they also have salads, though of course, avoid the one with fried chicken.

The hamburger tasted a little off. However the hamburger itself looked beautiful. We had to wait a little longer for our food but the awesome service made up for it. The bathrooms were disgusting but I kindly let the staff know and they got right on it. Overall an OK experience. Just another reminder why I DONT eat fast food. If the hankering was calling I'd surely re visit.

Dirty. Dingy. Terrible experience. Took forever to get the food. It wasn’t about preparing it, it was all about getting someone to walk over and set the food on a tray and hand it to us. The woman that took the order went and hid at the drive thru window after taking our money. I can’t believe we went 10 minutes off the interstate for this.

If I could give this location a negative star, i absolutely would. Went to the drive through and sat for several minutes. When nobody picked up on the mic I called the store directly and they said they closed early. I remarked that all lights were on and no signs about early closing were posted and when I asked for the name of the store manager I was hung up on. Think twice before going here…

Service has gotten to be really bad at this location. It used to be way better but now you won't get your food out to you in less than 20-30 minutes. Workers are constantly on their phones even during rushes and show no ambition for their job. The other day I even saw a worker chewing on her nails and then proceeded to handle food. This place also seldom seems to clean the dining room tables and pop station so often those look gross as well.
Dumbest thing ever seen at a fast food. Ordered a melt with an extra patty instead i got a burger with 1 patty. Took 20 min to get food.And phone number does not work.

Food is always great but service never fails to be disappointing. Rude and impolite staff. Got charged for a pop I didn’t want and never received a juice for my child. Usually I let them know I was charged wrong and go back for something if they forget it but with that service I said decided not too. Workers seem stressed and overwhelmed.
