Food is decent but the lobby is uncomfortably quiet. Nothing like hearing people eat from across the lobby. A little music and comfort goes a long ways.

Very nice store overall, dislike the self serve computer kiosks for ordering. Adds unnecessary steps to ordering and menus are confusing or not well thought out. Staff as visit was focused on customer and was helpful. Tables were clean and lighting level was good. Long lines for drive through I observed during lunch
Ordered egg McMuffins along with their hash browns for the wife and I. Sandwiches were mediocre,but the hash browns TOTALLY sucked. Cold, old, and dripping with grease. Our dog wouldn't even eat them. And for a 25 dollar bill ??? ?SHEESH !!!?

Literally the cleanest nicest McDonald's in *the world*.I've been all over the world and am sadly an authority on fast food. This McDonalds is pristine. It even smells like a new house.
This is without a doubt the best drive-up service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. We drove up, put the number in the app, and the waited. The very nice lady was there literally 1 minute later. It was so fast, and the food was hot and they got the order 100% right, even the customized burger I got for a picky eater kid. I am so impressed with their service. I've waited 20 minutes for food at a McDonald's in Iowa before, so the quick service here was lovely.Thank you for having such fast service. Will visit again next time we go to the corn palace.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. I customized the hamburger for my picky eater and they got it right.Dietary restrictions: One of the best places to eat keto at, and you can customize anything either to the employee or in the app.

Employees acted like all the customers were an inconvenience, we could not find a clean table to sit at, ended up cleaning off a table ourselves and the chairs were small, ugly and overall very uncomfortable.

Typical late night fast food with one exception. They nailed my order with zero mistakes! This rarely happens these days with employee shortages. I could tell the girl at the window was a bit overwhelmed, I'm assuming by all the orders, but she was calm and very polite!
