Came in at 7 waited an hour with family of 4 and no chicken or fresh food. Terrible service!!!! Definitely recommend NOT going to Mitchell pizza ranch. Probably the next one to close - sad deal. Was a good place in the past. Needs new owner/

Employees must have been teens.We sat near kitchen,workers playing in kitchen,dropping dishes.Pizzas were skimpy,hardly any chicken to choose from.Mu husband and I don't eat out much, probably won't for awhile. They weren't even busy,we got there at noon. and only had maybe 5other customers.?

We came in at 530 and there was nothing out no chicken or potatoes or pasta and no pizza they had to get me money back because there not thing put this is the second time we been here and they don’t have any food ready the one in vermillion dollar s so much better also the frist time we came in at 5pm and there was no ranch bottles filled just plan horrible service and business

If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would have left. My husband and I landed in this town do to our rig braking down. We decided on a date for pizza and this is the place that popped up on our google search.I highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost unless you like terrible food, bad service and a nasty environment. Tables piled with dirty dishes, trash and food. Buffet was sparse with “frozen take home “ style pizza, and do to the children serving them selves the Buffett was filthy spite the efforts of the one person I saw come from back trying to clean it up. The restaurant was packed with screaming children running everywhere and parents yelling across the place at them. Filth absolutely filth.My husband and I didn’t see the Buffet nor the disaster before paying due to paying as you walk in and before you dine or I would have never payed we got our drink and picked a table then got our plates and saw the disaster. We were there a total of 6 mins before I told my husband I was getting our money back and we were leave. It took 11 minutes and me nearly walking in the kitchen to get a manager and not a teen to help get a refund.We will never be back and I will worn every other trucker I see coming towards Mitchell to avoid this place at all cost unless of course the enjoy hell.

Very expensive all you can eat pizza place. They do serve more than just pizza. They have a salad bar with some good toppings. The pizza taste good, but there is better out there in Mitchell. Kids can have a good time playing the games. Be prepare to spend $70-$120 for a family of more than 3. The service was good, everyone was friendly. I belive they also do group parties.Kid-friendliness: It's kind of like a Chucky Cheese, only the food is a little better.
I was disappointed by the lady at the counter. She didn't tell me that I could have saved $5.00 today on my lunch and that I see on my receipt it also expires in 2 days I should have been told if I wanted to save $5.00 today. Not coming back 4 a while and I wasn't in 2 days to use my $5.00. Thought that was the point of saving money. Spent 42.00 today!! Some of the chicken was cold and old probably the ones on top when we got there at noon.

I always love the Chicken when it's fresh. So that's a Plus! I love there dessert, and cheesy bread. But was really missing the ice cream with my dessert. But there very much on top of things.

The pizza was lukewarm like it was sitting there for an hour or so and the mashed potatoes had a skunky flavor taste to it which was kind of disgusting and the chicken looks like it's been sitting there for a couple of hours with a dark skin colored I've had much much better tasting chicken than what that was will I ever go back there again hell no for the price you pay for the food you would think it would be much better than what it was there was a lot of people there but I guess they like low quality food
