We stop by here when we travel from Wyoming to Wisconsin. Mitchell is just over halfway but we always know we can hit up this Starbucks. In fact, it was on my travel list for breakfast! They are always super friendly and always get my hot chocolate right.

I drive from Omaha to Rapid City regularly and Mitchell is the half way point, the last 4 times coming through town, today at 4:30 pm, they have no brewed coffee.

Every time I go my drink has been made wrong. They never put any whipped cream in my drink (it comes with it) so I put extra whipped cream in the order. Today my drink only had about an inch of liquid in it (ITS A VENTI!) the rest was Whipped Cream and Caramel. The said liquid in my drink was disgusting! I took a sip and actually gagged, I genuinely thought I was going to throw up. I always get the Caramel Ribbon Crunch and what I got today was definitely not what I ordered. It looked right at first glance and I was hopeful, then I took a sip and tasted what seemed like super burnt coffee. Like straight up burnt coffee, no sweetener or anything. It was extremely watery at that, it didn’t have that thickness it usually has. About 90% of my cup is whipped cream and toppings, unacceptable. And their food! I stopped riding food from there as it always tastes burnt.

I always come here even though almost every time they mess up my order but today they didn't even add espresso to my coffee, when you pay for extra things I shouldn't have to walk in every time to tell them to fix my order. I know places are busy and short staffed, but it's always something. The girl last time was extremely rude because my order was messed up like that's your fault not mine. I didn't even take my drink back today, just decided to finally write this review.

Was pretty quick despite there being plenty of customers. They have seasonal holiday drinks and snacks out. Friendly barista. Cute displays. Easy to find, close to interstate exit.

First thing I do after running a marathon in Lennox, South Dakota? Come to Starbucks, of course! I had been thinking about it.I usually have Starbucks whenever possible, so it was nice to see and come across Starbucks here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. My time was mostly spent in the drive-through, after a minor freak out of when I thought I had my wallet, but couldn't find it in my luggage, thought I lost it, but ended up eventually locating it. That was 5 minutes of aggravation for sure! With that said, my friend and I were in the parking lot searching thru my stuff before locating aforementioned wallet. Once located, we saved time by heading into the Starbucks drive thru. The entire experience at this Starbucks lasted about 5 minutes. I ended up getting a trenta black tea lemonade and a blueberry scone. I thought that the prices here was pretty good and standard for most of the Starbucks I've been to over the years. The only funny part of the experience was the ordering at the drive thru from the car. I literally had to shout from the passenger seat and had to correct the barista taking my order. He had heard lemonade 2x before I had to shout trenta black tea lemonade very slowly and one word at a time. It was funny since my friend started to chuckle too. Once the order was in and straightened out, we pulled up to the pick up window, they handed us the credit card reader, I paid, and got my order, before heading out to my friend's home out in Mitchell. The overall experience here at this Starbucks in Sioux Falls, South Dakota was interesting but not without drama before and after the ordering process. It was interesting to order from the passenger seat of a vehicle from a car inside the drive thru lane, Since I don't not do this very often. The experience help me keep things, light and cool after the drama that unfolded trying to find my wallet in my luggage that I was carrying. The service here was typical and fairly straightforward. The counter service would have been better, but we were on our way back to Mitchell and I wanted a quick stop here at the Starbucks for a well-deserved drink.after checking off a marathon in South Dakota event down in Lennox an hour or so beforehand. It was a celebration drink after all. What better reason to celebrate with the Starbucks drink. I can understand why people would want to use the drive thru option but I feel Starbucks has an amazing cafe ambiance. I would sit at my local one and enjoy the experience while working on my phone. It didn't happen here in Sioux Falls, but I feel like I would have if I had the time for it to unwind after a nice time down south in Lennox. Ordering my trenta black tea lemonade with extra sugar was a nice bonus that day. Helps keep life simply sweet and brought a smile on my face. If you are ever in the Sioux Falls area and need your daily dose of Starbucks, consider this location since they have plenty of parking as well as a drive thru option for y'all who want that drink and go. Definitely worth stopping by and grabbing that cup or two for your adventures here in Sioux Falls or wherever your journey takes you. This Starbucks location is situated at 1321 S Burr Street in Mitchell, South Dakota. They accept major credit cards and cash. This Starbucks is a standalone restaurant and café, although there are a few restaurants nearby also. As far as parking goes, there is quite a bit of parking, also like McDonald's where they have patio space for anybody and everyone are patronizing the store. However, I came by private car so we ended up using the parking space to look for my wallet, and eventually use the drive-through to process my drink order. As far as you know, Starbucks is one of those places were good things happen. And you can get a coffee or whatever you want that is made to order. As for me, though, it was a nerve-racking experience, but ended up being a happier day after that. If you are in the area and need a quick pick me up, Consider this Starbucks or any Starbucks within the Mitchell or Sioux Falls are
