Terrible customer serviceI had my mother next door at the surgery center. I called to order lunch & Sarah answered. She was very short & rude on the phone. I called back 40 min later to check on my order. Sarah again answered & rudely told me “food was delivered at 11:45”! However, she never mentioned that when I ordered at 11am. I also asked for ketchup and her abrupt answer was that “she’d try”! I hope future customers and patients are treated better than I was, especially after having a loved one in the hospital next door!

I had the French Dip and it was great.The sliced meat was perfectly cooked and the au jus was very good, just the right amount of spices.The tall cold Summer Shandy hit the spot.The service was excellent. Even though it was crazy busy, Shameka was running helping everyone out and was still able to check in on us.I will return the next time I'm in the area.Bicycling: The roads aren't very bicycle or pedestrian friendly, come on South Dakota step up your game. On a positive note, the restaurant has an outdoor seating area.

The person working was NOT welcoming or friendly. They also knowingly shorted me my change, which wasn't a huge deal because it wasn't much but they didn't even ASK if I was OK with it. Just handed me my change and walked away. It's not about the money but the principle of it! And it's poor customer service practice!
