We stopped in and ordered a couple of hoagies for supper from the new menu. They were very good with plenty of meat. The prices have gone up some. The older lady making our food was very pleasant and had a smile for everyone.Parking: 15

Their service has gone downhill on Sioux Ave recently and sloppily made sandwiches that are very overpriced just aren't worth it.$27 for 2 sandwiches is pretty intense, even by today's economy's standards.

I really like this subway, the night staff is always friendly and inviting. The afternoon staff however, is a completely different story. After stopping in to grab lunch today I have made the decision that I am not going to this subway for lunch anymore. It started off fairly normal, I ordered my two sandwiches and they were sent to the veggies station. The woman with the veggies seemed to be struggling a bit, which I completely understand as she's new. Then the man who I assume is the noontime manager came out from the back and saw her adding my avocado and sort of berated her for doing it incorrectly. She mentioned that she was not trained on how to do it properly and that she basically has to train herself. He then looked at me and said "In the future, you should ask for avocado sooner because it's a pain in the ass."I apologized because he seemed genuinely upset that I waited until the end. Every other time I have gotten avocado on a sub, it was after the other veggies and I was not it was an issue, so that may be on me. That being said I didn't appreciate how I was talked to by him and how he made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience because I asked for avocado too late. I've worked in customer service before, and I've had my fair share of annoying customers. I go out of my way to be understanding to restaurant/ customer service workers. Today I was made to feel like I was the most annoying customer. If the nighttime staff wasn't so awesome, I would've rated 1 star.

My biggest complaint was the gentleman behind the counter greasy uncombed hair, with no food service gloves handling food. They overcharged me on my sandwich charging me for extra bacon when my sandwich was supposed to have bacon on it in the first place. Other staff were not listening and screwing up sandwiches left n right. And no napkins in the dining area for customers. Would not recommend this one, which is sad because I have eaten here before and it was better than today.
Even when this place is slammed with customers they are still friendly and the food is always great!!!!

Out of a lot of sandwich toppings (basically just meat, lettuce, onions, cheese) and drinks. We felt "ripped off" for the price we paid.Bathroom needs updating, super short toilet, almost sitting on floor lol.

The sandwiches were great! Nothing too special as it is just a subway. Employees were friendly and order was made correctly. If you're in the area, I'd recommend coming.Parking: No lines for where to park, but a decent amount of space to park.
