I have worked customer service for more than 25 years. When you get something wrong DO NOT blame the customer! Take responsibility for your own actions. I offered my confirmation number more than 3 times and I was told each time that you looked it up. (Obviously not, instead blames us for giving a different name. Which btw you could have asked if there maybe another name) We had proof of our order yet you said there was nothing to be done. Your Customer Service was horrible then to blame the customer makes it that much worse. While the whole time our order was sitting on your shelf ready to go :/ Please train your employees w better customer service!
