I ordered door dash, and when I got it, the receipt on the bag was correct, it had my name and my order, but everything in the bag was wrong. When I called them, they continued to blame DoorDash as if the driver was the one that packed the order and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

Everytime I come through the drive thru they always get something wrong. Unfortunately I don’t realize until I’m home. I decided to give myself a 6 month break from them. Guess what. Today I ordered my cheddar and bacon two egg. Paid and left. Well as usual people preparing food cannot read. One egg and a dollar short essentially. I guess I’ll just continue to prepare my own breakfasts.

I got Delivery and mine was great fresh and still warm. I understand all the bad reviews but ths is theFirst time i've ever ordered from here, me and my children loved it so much. We will order from here again. We did not have a bad experience. The only thing I could say is the strawberry pastry is not worth it. But the bagel breakfast was AMAZING

Don’t go here! People are nice but the bagels are not fresh even early. Chain. And amazing bagel store across the street we went to the next day with fresh bagels and amazing coffee- super cute- Black Hills Bagels— trust me skip the chain and try the local it’s sooo good!

I LOVE Einstein and I was thrilled to have one on my way home from work in the mornings. I have given this location many tries to make decent sandwiches, and they have failed every time. The bacon is always RAW and I have to take it home and cook it and put it back on my sandwiches. They always forget the sauce so the sandwiches are dry as all get out. I will need longer be spending 8.50 for a horrible sandwich. So sad. The cashiers are friendly.

Be careful with delivery orders. I ordered a Baker's Dozen Box with plain shmear and strawberry shmear as well as a couple of drinks. My order arrived, everything was sealed, the driver did great. BUT there was NO shmear! Neither the plain or the strawberry. I thought, "oh they must be having a busy morning, they missed it. Mistakes happen, not the end of the world." I called Einstein Bros Bagels and asked if I could run down there and pick up my missing items. I was told no. I was told they will not touch anything with doordash and I need to contact doordash. This was not a doordash issue, this was an employee missed something issue. I confirmed with the person on the phone that they were not going to help fix this issue even though I paid for the items and it was not a doordash issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but this could have been so easily resolved. Instead of ill feelings and a negative review, they could have fixed their mistake and allowed me to come pick up the missing 2 tubs of shmear. Instead I went to Walmart and got what I needed.

Underwhelmed - bagels were hard and skinny. But staff was great!
I have been coming here about 3 times a week for a few weeks. When ordering in the drive through, the workers cannot correctly type the order in, they cannot correctly give you your total, they cannot make the correct food and then they will also hand you incorrect food. The people that work the window have also given us different total amounts and ask for more money when you just give them the amount they asked for. I'm not at all impressed with this location.

Employee seemed very judgemental. I had ordered a hot chocolate and was served what tasted like hot milk....the price was a whopping $4. I was offered to have it remade , but I felt like they may spit in it so I just took it as is. I think it's way too expensive for the quality. Starbucks was surprisingly cheaper for the same product.

Honestly there is nothing special about this place. Got a mocha and a bagel and it was "just ok". The parking lot entrance is a quite steep and hit my transmission leaving. 6/10 at best.
