It was 2 pm when I went in. On the website and on their door it says they're open till 3:30 pm. When I went in there they told me they were closed. Open sign and everything so I don't know if they were really closer, they just didn't want to serve any customers. Also it was 5 minutes 2 they should have been able to take my order.

Took me 20 minutes to get a meh quality cup of coffee in a cup that leaks. Would be nice if the servers here gave you cups instead of just taking money from you and waiting for you to go up to them about it.

Disgusting. Never going again. Every time i go it creates an experience where i feel the need to literally chop someones head off. It is so beyond frustrating going here. Einstein bros? More like Einstein HELL NO.

Had a gift card for Einstein Bros, so went to Rapid City location. Ordered a Nova Lox and half dozen w/cream cheese tub. The tub is barely enough for 4 bagels. They toasted the Nova Lox, when asked not to. The rest were so terribly hard, couldn't slice them and ungodly hard to eat, even with perfect teeth. They are more suited as frisbees for my dog. Won't be going back, store bought are softer and Philadelphia can compete.
Ordered the All Nighter off of door dash and was extremely disappointed in what we received. There was one layer of egg which is definitely not what was advertised. I have had this sandwich at Caribou Coffee and it was exactly what was advertised. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on. At least I know I will received what is advertised and know that it will be worth the price.
