Nothing special, but the owners are very nice so I give good review. Don’t go if you are Chinese, they know all about your sneaky Chinese trick. Bulgogi plate was decent. It lacked a little flavor and spice though. But they probably do that because people here are afraid of spice. A little over priced at $15 for what you get. The sushi people got looked good, I maybe try that next time.

Lady was friendly but coughed on my buddy and told us we don’t know how to eat wasabi and ginger. Pretty interesting experience if you want a weird sushi experience.

AMAZING FOOD!! just finished their 911 roll which is a spicy salmon roll and the food was amazing but on top of that the owners are very sweet and very nice and easy to make conversation with, very happy with everything there, I will absolutely be returning and telling my friends about this spot. A hidden gem in Rapid City

FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! the lady working showed us how we should mix our rice and meat and she was so sweet. The sushi here was way better than any other sushi restaurant we have been to. Everything tasted fresh and was very filling please go and eat from this place. 10/10

Excellent food and service, we were the only customers at the time and I felt like I had been welcomed to their home. One of the owners showed us the best way to eat some of the dishes we were unfamiliar with. The combination platters are a lot of food. This will be my go to place whenever I want to treat myself

Such a cute Korean couple who run this establishment! The food was great! We each had a delicious roll, with edamame and gyoza as appetizers. We felt like they were preparing and serving us food from their own kitchen at home! Yum!

Amazing experience! The lady taught us the correct way on how to eat sushi and soup by their original traditions. The food was freshly made and it was high quality!Miso soup was amazing! It was truly the best compared to other sushi restaurants! The two owners are the sweetest couple.

This was probably one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had… starting off they don’t serve tap water, which means no ice for any other drink you get and also no alcohol. Upon ordering my roll the possible lady owner started to argue with me about my simple sushi choice instead of getting one of their specialty rolls. She not only did this to me, but the table next to me as well, claiming that people come here for their specialty rolls.. once we got our food this same lady then told us we have to eat our rolls without any soy sauce first… as she took my dad’s fork and began mixing wasabi into his soy sauce. After she gave my dad his silverware back she sat and stared waiting for us to eat the roll without soy sauce. It was a very uncomfortable experience overall and I definitely think they need to work on people skills.. the sushi was good but for 1 specialty roll and 1 rainbow roll the bill was $29… you can definitely find sushi for better prices and better table manners elsewhere.

Very Good! It was a bit off putting with how small and quite everything was. But it's a very home like personal service they give you. I've only ever seen the old couple that run the place and they are incredibly sweet. I've had few rolls, soups and different variations of fried rice. The taste of each dish felt very homemade, with love and care. Definitely a recommend for the home sick and the nostalgic.
