This was our first time ordering from Hana. We placed a to-go order and got a little of everything to try out. The staff were super friendly and the food was hot and fresh and DELICIOUS. The portions were big as well. Such an incredible meal! We will definitely be back.
The food was great, enjoyed myself with the company I went with, but our waiter kept forgetting my order, probably due to stress or something. Besides that everything else was good and also for some weird reason, there were bikes chained up in the side of the room where we had our meal??♀️

Every time I come here I'm waiting forever. This last time, I was the only one there. I ordered 2 rolls. 3 other tables walked in, sat down and ordered. They all got their food before me. After 40 mins of being told by my server, "She's almost done with your order," a lady walks behind the counter and starts making the rolls. After reading other reviews about this place saying similar things, the people that work here don't value your time, and the food you get won't be anything higher than 2 stars max. Don't come here unless you got a few hours to waste.

My wife stopped in to this place to pick up dinner for home! She ordered teriyaki chicken for me and a korean dish for herself and brought it home. My Teriyaki chicken had no Teriyaki sauce whatsoever in it and tasted like a little beef broth mixed with oil! It sure was a waste of time and money! Never going to get food from that place again!! We paid $82 bucks for what was a $10 meal! Buyer beware of this place!

Some of if not the best sushi in Rapid City!! The service is amazing and very personable. We went with a group of 4 and had the best service ever. Will be coming back many times!! The fish is very fresh and the rolls are very creative!!!!!

You should have seen the disgusted look on my customers face when I finally arrived after you had me waiting over 40 minutes for their order.It's one thing if it's a long wait, it's another when you keep lying to me and telling me it's just a few more minutes. Hate you guys, can't stand this place.
I just had the Dream Roll Sushi and it was fabulous!! I did a take out and got 8 rolls with ginger...I passed on wassabi cuz I don't like hot. It was one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had!!

We had a great experience here. Went for a birthday celebration and the AC was broken. The waiter/manager was very attentive and kind and tried to make sure we were all as comfortable as possible with the heat. The food was very good! They went above and beyond for the birthday girl. First experience with them and will absolutely go back.

Love coming during off hours. Less busy, but it's delicious! Food is pretty decent, and the nigiri seems to have larger cuts of fish, which is a better bang for you buck!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are absolutely available.

waitress was nice, but would never clear any dirty plates. Had to stack dirty plates on top of each other so she could find a place to put entree down on table. They brought out 1 meal at a time and there was 6 of us. Ended up leaving after an hour and a half and 2 people hadn't gotten their food yet. Chicken Teriyaki was very dry. Ordered an Uncalifornia roll that had Salmon in it, and some of the salmon was pink like normal, but some was a brown color I had never seen before, did not eat it.Parking: plenty of parking available
