Asked for a vedgie with bacon. All I got was bread, bell pepper and bacon. Nothing else. I left them a good tip too, I drove back to Deadwood before I got to unwrap it. Customer service is dead.

Jersey Mike’s just does it right! The right combination of meat, cheese, veg, oil and vinegar, and spice. Once you try it, the flavors will tantalize your taste buds and you will want more!
Atmosphere is a bit underwhelming. Clean and simple sub shop without frills. Service is a little bottlenecked by having the person taking orders also cutting meat and bread to order but everyone worked at a good pace, spent less than 5 minutes in line with maybe another 5 in cook time since I had a hot dish. The food was absolutely delicious, though! Had the Big Kahuna (chicken). Peppers, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños on the griddle with shredded chicken and some this really melty white American cheese that blends in and is sooo good but I wish jalapeños were much, much hotter. Sortve typical of a deli, they had a bit of pepper flavor but not even a hint of spiceVegetarian options: There are only a few vegetarian options (though that doesn't bother me) but they looked very tasty. If it weren't for their better sounding meat dishes always catching my attention I'd totally try one

From Montana to Rapid City SD. Jersey Mike's has NOT disappointed me. The service in everyone has been great, friendly, neat and clean in appearance. Every store so far has been identical with portion size quality and freshness. Almost all of the stores I have been to are very clean from the store front to the restrooms very clean. All n all Jersey Mike's in my opinion is the best sub sandwich shop. I highly recommend the #13 Mike's way + mayo with sea salt chips and a large cream soda

First time at a jersey Mike's. The young fella at the counter gave us a lesson on the menu items and all the options. Really good sammitches and pleasant place to have a quick lunch. Really enjoyed the visit. We will be back next time we are in the area.
