I spoke with Hannah for a delivery. She had to be one of the best server and customer service workers I have ever had an interaction with. Bubbly outgoing super friendly and fast. She had immense respect for my time and was forward thing with my order and experience. Truely exceptional.
Small establishment but the service was excellent even though it was busy with one server during a lunch rush! Will definitely visit again! The Philly Cheese steak pizza is on point!

Very poor customer service and Delivery Man don't know how to follow directions but the pizza was good even though it was cold because it was left outside of my apartment building when the instructions said to leave it in the hallway in front of my apartment I had the apartment number on the receipt and everything with that being said I will not be ordering from that Marco's location ever again

Our family has always enjoyed going to Marcos on Jackson Blvd in Rapid City, SD. The staff has always been very nice & accommodating. Tonight was a total different story. The lady (a lady who is always at the front…older & shorter lady) was very very rude to me. My wife had used a few coupons online because the system allowed her to do it. When I asked for my pickup order, The lady said, “there’s a lot of coupon stacking going on!” She proceeded to tell me that the new system was supposed to fix that. I told her, “Well, I guess you should fix that then, huh?” I still gave her a tip even though she shouldn’t have got anything for being so rude!! It’s not my fault that the system is not working right & she really needs to keep those comments to herself. Marco management, please teach your staff to have better customer service & a little bit of tact. Not sure if I’ll be back there!!

Now THAT is the BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!!!It is an eat in restaurant, beautiful scenery with Rapid Creek and the golf course. Very relaxing atmosphere.LOTS of toppings on the "all meat pizza" cooked to perfection, regular crust, could taste every topping on it.Will return.Parking: Includes vehicles for country club usage with plenty of room.

We order delivery once or twice a month, and the last few times we’ve ordered they forgot our drink. The driver says they’ll credit us and then it never happens, and it’s a pain to try and get your refund when you call (if you can even get a hold of anyone). Sure it’s just a soda for a couple bucks but how many sodas do they “forget” every month?
Before covid this was one of the places we really liked. Then covid hit and we did not go out much and unfortunately Marco's does not deliver in our area. We did an on line order and I drove eight miles to pick it up. We got two different pizzas and an order of boneless wings. NOT what we remember. Maybe we both got covid and our noses and taste buds are out of whack but it did not taste as good as we remember. Also the chicken seemed a bit "rubbery" in texture and the sauce on it seemed diluted. Not worth the extra distance so will be using places closer.

I walked in yesterday evening, stood for quite a while with no "Hello, be with you in a minute", nothing. Two workers saw me; at least it seemed the lady behind the counter looked over and saw me waiting. Zip, zero, nada, no acknowledgement, nothing.I waited a bit more, thinking they must be in the middle of something else. It was not super busy in there . . . but they certainly didn't want my money.I walked out. Never tried it, never will.
