They don’t deserve any stars have tried and tried to give them chance after chance and still get the same thing. Many of times I have ordered through door dash or even gone in myself to the store and same thing happens you order a $9 dollar burger and you get a $2.19 burger like is this a joke. If you go to them and say my order was wrong they ask if it was door dash and if you say yes they say it’s door dash problem not our. And if you order from inside you basically get treated the same or they just laugh it off. Or better yet fries are cold or you get missing items and they give attitude when you ask for the items you bought. Never once an apology and always an attitude about it. Something needs to be done cause this place has no customer service skills.

We had asked for a Large Unsweetened ice tea with NO ice. A Large sweet tea, and a macchiato. The Unsweetened tea had ice in it, the macchiato had whipped cream in it, and the Sweet tea had no ice. Their hashbrowns were very dry and had absolutely no flavor. One of their bagel breakfast sandwiches tasted like sausage when it was steak. And before anyone comes at me saying that I’m over-reacting..I work at a McDonald’s. And I know that this is NOT how we make food.

the lobby was absolutely disgusting very dirty. it took forever to do my order. Nobody would help me at the front desk. I asked them to wipe the tables down four times. The bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper.

Went to this McDonald's today before prom and none of the tables were clean. The trash was over flowing even though only 5 people (including me and my boyfriend) was inside. I understand they have online orders but that does not give them any excuse to not clean anything inside the restaurant. Do not recommend eating in.

We drove through to get the food. We also had the burgers cooked to well done and they did a good job on cooking the burgers.

Took my kids to the Play Place… had to get them all to the bathroom, came back to our table 2 minutes later and staff had cleared our table and thrown away all our food.Unbelievable. Won’t be coming back here.

So I use the app to order my food like always, but this time they had put my sauce which was ranch, in the bag but completely forgot my nuggets. They didn't answer the phone when I called them. I had to drive all the way back just to pull up and finally have them give me the 10 piece nuggets. I've never had so much problems with a McDonald's. 9 times out of 10 when I visit here they forget at least one thing. It's a waste of time when I truly just want to enjoy some food and be on my way. I understand small mistakes, but this happens almost everytime. I don't understand. They need to pay more attention. Other than that, most of their customers service is good, they just need to work more as a team and I'm tired of having to waste time just trying to get the food that I paid for that they forgot.
