I have only had GREAT experiences from this place. The burritos are cheaper than the competitors, they never skimp and the staff is fantastic. Not sure if it's the norm but they even let me buy bottles of their hot sauce

Looking for a quick bite to eat after work? Welp, don't go here. After placing my order the website said it'd be ready by 5:47. Cool beans. This estimate was WAY off. Just getting a worker to check on my order took 10 minutes after I arrived at the estimated time. From there it took another 15 minutes for it to actually be made. The whole point of ordering ahead is the convenience of it. New customers came, were served, and ate their food while I still waited. I understand things get busy, but jeez I'll just order from Qdoba next time, or go to an actual sit down place. This was ridiculous. Just a single employee being like, "hey man we messed up, we'll get it made here" would have been great, but the whole crew just seemed like they didn't care. 1/5 service and the food was meh 2/5. Realistically just go somewhere else.

I order online and when I get my food sometimes it’s the wrong food and when I ask the older gentleman to fix it he gets madI asked him to take my order off and if I could get my money back and he said he’d do it the next day and it never got

Since my last visit. I got a free burrito with points on my app. Ordered my burrito for 12:15 pickup. I arrived at 12 and they were slammed. Owner/manager acknowledged me seen I was early and pushed my order to the front , beans were cooked perfectly, and was an all around pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next burrito.

NEGATIVE FIVE STARS Went to get some food there today, ordered a bowl and hardly got any food at all. $14 for a bowl that look like it was meant for someone meal prepping to stay under 100 calories. The food wasn't that good at all. My friend who went with me got a burrito and it smelled like nasty mop water just from sitting across from him. Don't recommend at all. You would get a better deal buying a can of beanie weenies from a crackhead than you would buying food from there.
