I love Papa Murphy's pizza! My pizza is always ready to go on time and the prices are good. Don't forget to buy the monkey bread too, it's so delicious.
They keep sending 1 dressing package for an entire giant salad. Have you ever eaten a salad with no dressing? Well guess what, that's pretty much what you're buying when you order here. This salad is basically uneatable.

The Corporate decision to remove the cinnamon wheel from the menu and replace it with cinnamon monkey bread was TERRIBLE. That stuff is disgusting. Took afamily favorite and ruined it.

If the store closes at 7:45pm don’t have it on google as 8pm. Showing up 10 minutes before 8pm is plenty of time to make 1 pizza.

Our orders are always ready on time. The employees smile and say “Hi” or “Hello” when they greet me. They always say “Thank you” or “Have a great rest of your day” as I leave. A phone in order will have a friendly voice to take my order. The order has never been wrong. Always yummy.

Generally good food, but don't count on saving time by ordering online... several times now, I've ordered ahead and come at or after the "scheduled" time only to have them not even start making it till I stop in to pick up.Respect your customer's time please. If you say it's going to be ready, have it ready. Keeping your word isn't rocket science.I'm writing this as I sit on the bench waiting along with two others just like me who came in after me. C'mon Man!

Came in there was a little bit of a weight no problem. What I have is a problem with the shorter young lady with dark hair and white watch on touching her hair then face with gloves on then going back to making the pizzas. Glad she did not make mine. The management did nothing to correct this when they were right next to her. That's gross and should not be allowed when long hair should be put up or hair netted.

This is second pizza that was prepared incorrectly. I ordered online. I made a few modifications but the one I most wanted didn’t happen. I do not like mushrooms. I asked on last 2 orders to remove from one side of pizza. It did not happen and the small mushrooms are all but impossible to remove. This ruins pizza for me. I believe I’m entitled to explanation and free pizza.
