Stopped in for lefse and ended up getting other stuff. Person helping us was quite rude. Cookie tray had dry, hard cookies.

Strawberry rhubarb 4 inch pie was very very good. The top crust had a crunchy topping and the base crust was very tasty too.

I bought 2 cookies and each was delicious! I like to stop by occasionally for a great treat.

From Florida, I flew into Rapid City, the nearest airport to a small Nebraska town 2 hours away by car. I found Pistachio Pie online and pre-ordered 30 cupcakes in 5 different flavors to take to assisted living residents. OMG! I tried one of each flavor over a few days, and they were all so good! I also bought a chocolate chip cookie to eat on the drive, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I also liked that the cupcakes were not huge. My order was ready exactly on time.

Always enjoy all the treats we purchase. Really like the gluten free items.

Croissants like I remember them from France! But also some interesting new twists. We are making Pistachio Pie a habit, where everything is made fresh and in-house, from scratch. They don’t make everything, but everything they make is excellent. If you visit Canyon Lake Park, you owe yourself a treat from across the street at Pistachio Pie. Huge fans here!

Not a huge selection when we went, but we had a small pistachio pie - which was not at all what we expected. I was picturing pecan pie but with pistachios. The girl described it as a sort of pudding pie, which didnt sound appealing, so I almost didn't get it. But, since we were there, I figured I might as well try it. I am glad I did. It was like a cream cheese filling and it was very good.We also got a peanut bar with chocolate on it. WOW! Delicious.

Ordered a variety of items like the cheesecake, pies, cookies, and macarons. Really wanted to get a sample of everything. Unfortunately none of the items were that great. Nothing was too sweet which I really liked, but nothing tasted flavorful. Cheesecake tasted like it was several days old and in fact the strawberry pie that we did get one day old (half price), tasted much better. The lack of selection was pretty bad as well. My kids picked out a few items they were excited about and especially disliked the cookies and didn’t even finish them. Wanted to love this place but unfortunately won’t be back.

Most items are extremely well made and so delicious. I hate to say that I did not enjoy the pistachio pie… The key lime pie, brownies, and macarons are amazing, though. The pistachio pie I had was not very sweet and had an overwhelming, savory cream cheese flavor. Still love this place and will keep supporting their business.

I have been very satisfied with their products in the past. Wonderful place. Today I had my first miss. Sadly the Macaroons I purchased were extremely dry and crumbled apart with the first bite. Not sure if they had been frozen or what the problem was, just disappointed.

My husband surprised me with a mini pistachio pie from this bakery today. I was afraid it might be too sweet, but it was absolutely perfect! And pretty, too!
