The steak I ordered was really tough on the outside and way over seasoned. The coleslaw was the worst I've ever had. It was my first time ever eating at Red Lobster and will never come back or recommend it to anyone. For the quality of meat it was way over priced.

Had a terrible experience with picking up our food to go.Food was totally cold by the time we received our order, the order was completed a half hour before giving us our food (time stamps were conveniently on the receipt), visually unappealing meal, waited over an hour for an order that had a set completion time.The only good thing was we were refunded.

The waitress was horrible! She did not care about us as we sat there waiting on beverages and lemon wedges I guess she is allergic! I asked for some to go in my tap water. She never cane back with steak sauce until my husband's steak was almost done eating. I will go to Red Lobster again I just hope it's not the same waitress!Vegetarian options: All vegetables in a white sauce over rice.Dietary restrictions: They have info on the menu.Parking: A pulll in nose first parking.

Something has changed since the last time we were there. The food was luck warm, the server was slow. the portions are small and prices are a lot high.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wide doors and ramps to get into the restaurant. They also had designated tables for wheelchairs
I gave a 4 for the food only because I dont know what the heck they did to the stuffed mushrooms...they were super tiny mushrooms and it looked and tasted like they were sitting under a hot light all day. But the rest was ok. The server though actually was the best server I had ever had while dinning out!! The wait was crazy long especially when you realize that there are several open tables available. Im just gonna assume that maybe they were short staff and thats why. All in all it was a good experience.Kid-friendliness: Not super quite, so I doubt kids would bother anyone.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp up and into building.
