Starting off the list is ample with favorites of mine, perhaps yours as well. The food you find in Sasuke Ramen House is brilliantly made with professional chefs that know what's up! One of my suggestions for all my Americans is Takoyaki(Only for seafood lovers or people who aren't allergic to it, all of you have phones to search up what Takoyaki is; it brings suspense)The atmosphere, it brings an incredible view of some Naruto characters that I dearly loved. I recommend for those who haven't seen Naruto- watch it!The service are displinirary and kind! We had a beautiful woman give us are orders respectfully and enthusiastically wrote our orders with much fondess of our entrance. So yeah; go here.

My daughter and her family had eaten here several times and never had any issues but when we ordered from here (over $80 worth of food) my husband's beef ramen had a human tooth in it! When my daughter called the restaurant and told the manager about it he said that it was probably a cow bone. She explained that it was definitely a human tooth because it had a metal filling. His solution was to tell us to let them know that we were the family who had been served the human tooth the next time we ate there and they would give us a bowl of beef ramen for free. Need to say we all stopped First of all I have to point out that I wouldn't have been okay finding a tooth from a cow in my ramen. The manager sounded like that's a normal thing. Second of all I have no intention of ever eating anything from here again. I can't imagine how a human tooth gets into a dish prepared in a restaurant that is clean or remotely sanitary. I've included the photos because I want people to understand that there was no way this was an animal bone or tooth. This was definitely a human tooth. Gross!

Ramen enthusiasts rejoice! The newly opened Ramen restaurant is a culinary gem that effortlessly blends a fun and charming atmosphere with delectable cuisine. From the moment you step in, the vibrant decor and warm ambiance set the stage for a delightful dining experience. The menu, a thoughtful curation of traditional and innovative ramen dishes, does not disappoint. Each bowl is a masterpiece of flavor, showcasing perfectly cooked noodles, rich, aromatic broths, and a medley of top-notch ingredients. Whether you're a fan of classic tonkotsu or adventurous enough to try their unique fusion creations, there's something to satisfy every palate. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is its service. The staff are not only knowledgeable about the menu but also exude a genuine passion for ramen, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. They're attentive without being intrusive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable meal.In summary, this new Ramen spot is a must-visit for both ramen aficionados and newcomers alike. It's a place where the love for ramen is palpable in every detail, from the ambience to the food, making it a standout in the culinary scene.Vegetarian options: Great optionsDietary restrictions: NaParking: PlentyKid-friendliness: Items kids may likeWheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Manager is a pos who does not care about customers at all. Would rather argue and cause discontent with the business than make it right. Definitely 100/100 times would not return just because of his poor attitude and refusal to help.

Love the food however I do not recommend buying any type of coupon or savings for it. I had issues printing and when I was able to resolve the coupon was expired by just a couple days and they wouldn’t honor it, even though I PAID for the savings coupon. As a business owner myself for the last 15 years, I would honestly give a grace period. I think this coupon offer was a poor offering. Disappointed overall

I wish I could give Sasuke Ramen House 5+ stars! From the moment we entered they had a fantastic atmosphere. If you are into Naruto this is the place for you. The host sat us promptly and gave us a quick run down of our options, and if we had any dietary restrictions. My husband and I both had ramen, and it was absolutely delicious! It came in a large bowl, so come hungry! I brought home leftovers. Their hot green tea was amazing. The whole restaurant was clean, and service was impeccable. We will definitely be going back, and trying some of their other menu items because everything was amazing! Highly recommend! The BEST ramen place in Rapid City!Vegetarian options: They had a section on their menu labeled vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Our server asked us if we had any dietary restrictions before ordering.Parking: Parking was easy to find, and plentiful.Kid-friendliness: Many of the patrons at the restaurant that night had their children with them, and they seemed to be having a good time!

Offered a savings coupon I paid cash for. had issues printing and when I got it resolved the coupon was expired by just a couple days. owner didn't care and wouldn't offer any kind of concession or understanding. I liked the place when I last went but as a business owner for the last 15 years myself, I wouldn't send customers away having paid cash for a savings coupon and not making them happy. very disappointing. its sad how much I've spent there and my patronage didn't matter one bit. In fact I'd planned to go tonight and buy dinner for 5 and now I will give my business to a business that appreciates their customers better.

Delicious food, large variety of choices, generous portions. The Naruto anime themed decor is gorgeous and fun. The service was excellent. We had a friendly server who was very helpful with information about the menu items. It was a great place for family to have birthday dinner.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian and vegan options, but they sound very good

I always look forward on eating here because of great food and great service BUT our waitress just yesterday was very rude, as I asked very politely if she can come over here for a second. The respond my boyfriend and I got was a big “WHAT!”Not “what can I do for you?”, I looked and I was very surprised that she had said this. The service this time around was very terrible doesn’t mean I will not come back and support business. I just found it very very unprofessional for someone that is in customer service.I do remember her name but I’m not gonna put her name on here. I just think that management should pull her aside and address it this issue.

Our waitress did not let us know the gratuity was automatically added for larger parties and one person purchased the meal and the rest of us were getting the tip - they would not remove the automatic gratuity and she had already pocketed the cash tip - very

First time in a ramen house ever. Wife and I doing some errands and thought we would each some lunch! As soon as we walk in you can smell the delicious aroma. We got sat down and given menus. Asked for recommendations and our server was great at recommending some ramen to us! My wife's loved her ramen and I loved mine too just wished there was a little more chicken in it! Seriously if you want a spot to eat some good ramen this is the place.

I am sick and my wife is sick from the food yesterday! My food was forgotten about as well as me having to send it back once it was brought out. I have a simple food allergy which is corn- twice I’ve gone to this restaurant and twice they’ve served me corn. I’m laying in bed right now at 10:30 at night throwing up and itching. This shouldn’t be an issue at a ramen restaurant. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I won’t be returning to the restaurant- and I come from Asian decent. Very dissatisfied with the taste of the chashu as well as the broth and service. They depend on one waiter to clean and serve all tables while the two other cook/manager sits behind the bar and eats food for customers to see. Very very disappointing. I shouldn’t have to get sick after paying to eat at a restaurant. Coming from one who grew up in Hawaii. THIS is NOT Authentic Ramen in any shape or form. You have to ask for bamboo in your ramen- the broth taste like canned pork broth, that has zero flavor. I could continue to go on. Very westernized and if you want a better experience- go to ramen Satto! I hope management reads my review as the excuse you’re serving for “authentic Ramen” is the farthest thing from it, and depending on one person during a lunch rush as you sit there and eat is ignorant and distasteful. 0/0 stars.Dietary restrictions: They don’t listen to any of your dietary restrictions. Twice visited and both times I’ve gotten sick from my intolerance to a certain ingredient.
