They really need to improve their speaker or show the new workers how to turn up the volumes on their mics. It took 5 minutes just to order two drinks at the speaker. There was no cars around so they didn't have a rush either but they still had very terrible attitudes. After getting our drinks they still gave us the wrong order and got mad that they had to make it correct and was slamming the window. I believe the cashier's name was Kailey. As a fellow fast food worker that was the worst service I've ever seen. I feel bad for the customers here and what they have to experience. Hope someone can read this as a higher-up and get the young man that was taking orders and the cashier name Kailey some proper training on basic ordering and customer service. (Order was only two drinks by the way and this had happened around 5pm 3/24/24)

The employees some are nice but the new ones need to learn better customer service. I shouldn’t be coming for an order ahead order and be arguing with the worker what my name is when the app clearly says my name and she was arguing with me saying it’s something else multiple times. Really awkward

Worst place ever. Medium onion ring..4 total! I wonder what the small was.Ordered a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich...took 10 minutes. No one else in line in front of me at drive through. I asked for ranch for onion rings..never got them. I live close and I've tried this Sonic twice. Never again.
The Sonic double-bacon cheeseburger was fantastic. The sides were embarrassing: BURNT, and I mean dark, dark brown, onion rings. Fries underdone that barely filled the bag to the halfway point. Really disappointed by that. Luckily the burger was satisfying.
