Prior to ordering I inquired about food item, "yes" they had it, then proceeded with ordering my tasty beverage..... Nope food item not available. I would NOT have ordered if the food item was not available. Disappointed. Can't wait till May when my go to Starbucks opens. Know what is available, I wanted to remove the 25% tip I left, I didn't but should have.

Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Knew we should have gone to 7brew, wait time is just a few minutes and is cheaper, plus comes in larger cups. Starbucks take lessons!

I've always tried to go local for coffee shops but love the holiday flavors ( peppermint mocha) I got a venti and it was about 40% filled. When asked where the rest of my $8 drink that I tipped you guys for, I got "well we leave room the foam" ?not more than half the cup! I've been drinking lattes for long enough and never have this happen anywhere but Starbucks. It's a scam.

I waited an hour for my drink. I ordered an iced latte and got a hot coffee. The workers were extremely rude. It’s woke coffee shops like this Starbucks that our ruining this country. This kind of terrible experience is only expected in Joe Bidens America.

Love the Christmas snowman cookies. The service was mixed. One snarky employee and one that made up for the other with courteous service.
