Taco Johns in RC, SD consistently cuts portion sizes on specials including Taco Tuesday and now the buy one super burrito get one for a dollar. Barely enough ingredients to make one burrito. Had the exact same order on 3/22/24 in Hot Springs, SD and could barely finish them. I have been eating at Taco Johns since 1977 so I think I can tell the difference from their "specials" to the normal menu items. Too bad, I normally enjoy Taco Johns!

I'm only giving it 3 stars because why do regular potato oles have hardly any seasoning and if you ask for a little extra they put so much on it makes them not edible. All I wanted was a tiny bit of extra seasoning not to die of salt poisoning.

I'm usually never one to complain but the last four times I came here for food I ordered through the drive through and the first thing I noticed when pulling away from the drive through was the that my taco bravo felt like they had just taken it out of the refrigerator. It also had no sour cream after I ordered it with sour cream. And then 2 soft shell tacos and a taco bravo was missing from my order. I also ordered an extra house dressing which i did not get and my taco salad was also cold and it had about 75% less meat than it normally has on it. It wouldn't bother me so much when I'm paying over 8 dollars for it I would expect to get more than a tablespoon of meat and the extra dressing that l paid for.

We stopped at the Cambell Street location at 7am this morning, and the lobby door was locked. This is the 2nd time since Taco John's moved that we could not get in at 7 am on a Sunday. Your posting on the door says that the lobby is open at 6 am on Sundays, so as far as I am concerned, we are done going to Taco John's.
Just stopped for a gift card for a christmas present, nice new good looking building.
