I had given 5 stars 3 years ago and it has gone downhill bad recently. A steak house that cannot cook steaks temperatures properly is bad. Got one purple in the middle not even red that was supposed to be medium and was cold to touch inside. Got sent out a replacement steak that was someone else's that had been microwaved and was dry inside and flavorless. Got supposed correct steak after that was still raw not red. And opted to take it home to cook vs getting microwaved this was over 3 visits all bad food when ordering steak

So, we've been regulars at this place, like, every month, and it's always been awesome - until last night, man. We handed the waitress two gift cards to pay the bill. She used one, which was cool, but then said the other one was empty and just tossed it. We were sure there was still 74 bucks on that card she chucked. We double-checked with her, even talked to the manager, but she just got all ticked off and acted like we were dumb or something. We asked for the card back, even if it had zero balance, and she got all irritated. It was weird - she should've put it with the used-up cards at the cashiers, but nope, straight in the trash. Eventually, she hands it back with a printed balance of 74 bucks, like nothing happened. Didn't even apologize. She acted like we were a pain the whole time, and we kept saying sorry to her, even though it was her mistake. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but her attitude was just not cool, man. Maybe it was truly their payment system's problem, but at least she could way sorry.
