The place looks pretty run down when you first pull up, windows in the drive thru busted out and all of the doors locked so you cannot grab your pickup orders... I asked for some extra stuff on my burger, which was not added. I politely requested the items added and an angry guy came up to the window to give me the food and slammed it shut on me saying " get the F out of my drive thru you stupid @%$ N!%$@". He was upset that I had raised times in his drive thru. Manager tried to make it right but hard to make up for that... It would have been 1 star if the manager was not understanding. Please keep upset workers away from your customers and on your grill.

I don’t usually write these, but the service today 12/15/2023 was phenomenal. I was placing my order in the drive through and was going to use their app on a buy one get one Pretzel Baconator. Well the app crashed while I was ordering and I lost the coupon, so I just told them to take those off and I’d use another coupon. They gave me a total and I drove up to the next window. Well the nice lady at the window asked me what I had ordered. Being my order was a mess. She scanned the other coupons for the other sandwich. She said you know what. You can have both the Baconators for the buy one get one price and the other sandwich for free too. Like wow. She didn’t even question what happened, and just said it’s okay and that it happens. She was prepared to make her customer happy is all, she also wished me a merry Christmas. Amazing customer service today. I couldn’t be more happy. She deserves a pay raise!! Amazing.

Check this out! I don't think I've ever seen such a good looking fast food burger!The bun was fresh, the bacon crispy & the tomatoes were actually ripe red.All delivered warm, by Door Dash. Happy Belly!

Food was great. Had the breakfast baconator which is awesome! The people with me seemed very pleased with their food as well. The signage could be updated, Both times we went the signs did not show the breakfast menu and they are manual so it was a pain in the bit for the worker & customers.
