This is the best place in town to get a breakfast sandwich. The sausage breakfast boy is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. I go to this spot most Friday mornings and it is a great way to end the work week for sure. Also the price is great at under $5 for a breakfast sandwich you can't beat it.

Always a great breakfast options or even lunch. They do have gluten free bagels in flavors too, not just plain! The flow of this location isn't great so there can be a long wait and there is usually only one person working in the early morning hours.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bagels!

Had not been there in a while. Was craving their soup. I received cold soup after sitting at the window for service for 15 min. Had to warm it up when I got home. I gave 2 stars as it did taste good, but they should not be serving cold soup.

Picked up a few breakfast sandwiches and fresh bagels this morning. Very friendly staff. Food was packaged great and tasted delicious.

The bagels are amazing! My favorites are the cinnamon crunch and Blueberry. Love the Honey Almond cream cheese. Because the bagels are so good, they were super busy. Parking lot was full and the drive thru was super long. I went inside to order and the line moved quickly. However, the employees looked exhausted and were not as upbeat as the last time I visited. They were polite. A reminder to always be kind to these workers during this busy retail season. To the owners/managers, a reminder to reward your employees who are working so hard.

Went inside to order a chicken salad bagel and the employee was very unprofessional. I told him what I wanted to order and he stormed off to the back kitchen and threw this gloves off without saying a word. Then came back and proceeded to ask my order, which I had to repeat multiple times. When I got my order about 10 min later, it was wrong and not what I had asked for. Also, the amount of chicken salad that was put on the bagel wasn’t enough to even cover one half of the bagel. It tastes much better at the other location and you can get much more for the price.

I recently visited Bagel Boy, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was efficient and friendly, and I didn't encounter any issues during my visit. The staff was accommodating and quick to take my order, which is always appreciated when you're looking for a hassle-free dining experience. When it comes to the food, I found it to be good but not exceptional. I ordered a classic sesame bagel with cream cheese, and it was fresh and tasty, but it didn't stand out as anything particularly special. It satisfied my craving for a simple and reliable bagel, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. One thing worth noting is that Bagel Boy seems to have a decent variety of bagel options and toppings to choose from, so there's potential to explore more exciting combinations on future visits. In summary, Bagel Boy provided a good dining experience with efficient service and decent food quality. While it may not have been a mind-blowing culinary adventure, it's a reliable choice if you're in the mood for a classic bagel fix without any frills.

My third negative customer experience under the new ownership. There is a guy that works there that is just plain unhelpful. Last time I was there I walked out because nobody helped me. In particular the male employee looked right at me - didn't acknowledge me - and left me standing there. It's been several months so I thought I'd try again. Similar scenario. The same unhelpful guy leaves the lone employee to finish making sandwiches, walk them out to the car and ring up a customer. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt - but he was clearly doing minor chores - nothing time sensitive - when he should have been helping up front. At least this time the lone front person acknowledged me - but it was clear that they don't care about their customer service. Walked out again with no food - drove over to McDonalds and was immediately served.Won't waste my time again.

Horrible customer service at the drive through. The gentleman was friendly but got my order wrong. The gal who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude when I asked her a simple question. I could live with them screwing up my order but the way I was treated means I will never return.

I've tried giving this location a couple of tries now, and have had the same experience every time. You will sit in the drive thru for 25+ minutes no matter what you order. I waited for 20 minutes behind one car yesterday and decided to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend the Minnesota location though.

I love the customer experience and bagels at Bagel Boy! Their honey walnut cream cheese is my favorite and all their bagels are divine.
