“We were in town for a night to visit nearby Falls Park and the downtown area. There wasn't a chance in hell that visit wasn't going to include a brewery, and that's where Fernson comes in. I read through the reviews and this brewery seemed to stick out. We were short on time to see many things so I only stayed for one beer, their porter on tap. At the time I don't believe they'd even given it a name yet, it was simply listed on the big board as a porter with the ABV and price. Anyways, the porter went down fast and easy as all good porters do. They had a nice beer menu here and food as well. Seemed like a nice place, I'd roll back in if I were ever to visit Sioux Falls again. Cheers.“
“1st time here after seeing it on triple D. Had the naughty fries, Vietnamese fried chicken sandwich and hubby had the Ramen bowl. The fries were off the charts excellent, fresh and tender. The Ramen noodles were the best since hubby had in Japan, and the Vietnamese sandwich was so moist but sadly lacked the flavor I was looking for. The cilantro aoli on it was delish tho. We will definitely return.“
“Probably the best bar in town! It has a great chill atmosphere even when busy, the food isn't too expensive and is absolutely delicious, and the staff are all very friendly! My favorite burger is the Not Just A Nutter Burger, and the loaded fries are amazing as well! Highly recommend this place!“

“Changing my rating & review as this last visit was not what I am used to at what is one of my favorite places to go downtown because of all the gaming options. I noticed the game card dispenser when I got my tokens so I asked the guys working if they all needed the reloadable but annoying to have to remember game cards now & was told just the new games did, the vintage type games still took quarters. Great, until you find out that games like multi player games like Pac-Man or one of the oldest arcade items there is, Pinball are not on the list of quarter games. When something was said to the staff they offered no apologies or explanation, just blank rude stares. My whole group left shortly thereafter unable to play any of the games we went there to play & with pockets full of quarters still. This card system change is fairly new I know because it wasn't like that the last time I went so the staff can't be that exhausted in informing customers about it & even if you are, come on guys the customers don't know until you inform them. Do better“
“Did not eat any food on this trip to Monks, the Ambiance is great, it's inviting, cool, just has a great vibe! A lot of beers on Tap...50 to be exact! The bar tenders were friendly, attentive & helpful! I tasted 2 different beers that I hadn't had & ended up getting one that I'm familiar with! The bathroom was clean and I just loved all the different type places to sit from "L" shaped tables to cumfy couches, to bar stols to booths to cushy chairs & hightop tables etc. The music was different, but okay, upbeat, some rap type some pop or new age, but I enjoyed my visit! I'll have to come back anorher day for food!“
“Ranju at Shahi completely changed my opinion of Indian food! I had a bad experience years ago, but will return to Shihi as soon as possible! We ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, and chicken biryani and they were mouth watering. Each customer is able to choose their spice level which was incredible. Ranju, our server, was so attentive, kind and helpful! She even gave me a little cup of masala tea to try! Don’t wait to try Shahi- I am such a huge fan!“
“We stopped here for coffee on our way to look at the lights at Fall's Park. We love trying new coffee shops and this one definitely did not disappoint! We loved the inside! The staff.....Amy and Sarah were awesome! The coffee was so good! We will most definitely be back the next time we are in Sioux Falls!“
