The staff didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Also, The menu wasn’t available and their card reader wasn’t working. As for the food, it wasn’t the worst Mediterranean food but it definitely wasn’t the best or authentic. The rice tasted like instant rice. And the gyro was below average.

I ordered a kielbasa pita with onions. The onions were basically cubed. And on top of that came with no sauce and when it arrived to me the styrofoam box was melted as if someone heated it up in a microwave. So I am stuck with soggy fries and a pita with chunks of onion and no sauce….

3rd time I've tried. all three times I went, we waited at MINIMUM 10 minutes at the counter...and NO-ONE ever came out to check. EVER. Pretty shiity care for a business. went to a better business instead. I only liked the page to leave the review, and will now dislike again. gold f**kin luck.

I went to order gelato and they were putting everything away and refused to serve me when it was only 5:25 and they close at 6:00. Poor customer service!

Rice bowl was good and plenty of food. My wife wasn't able to eat all of hers. I had the gyro meat and my wife had the chicken, we both enjoyed our meal.

I have ordered 3 times from them. Each time the food was cold and soggy. That is mostly to blame on Grub Hub delivery drivers but the containers the food comes in is not designed to keep the food warm so it would be best to eat it at the restaurant and not get it delivered. The last and final time ordering from Boki, the food was dropped twice in front of me by the Grub Hub driver. One meal was ruined and the other I was able to eat. I also requested hot sauce all three time and since I didn't receive any the first two, I decided to call and find out how I should order. The store answered the phone with Hello. I had to ask if this was Boki European Street Food and the man said yes. I asked about the Sauce and he said put it in the comments and it will be included. He also asked for the name on the order so he would make sure it was included. Well this time I did receive the hot sauce but they poured in in the bottom of the container and did not place it in a cup! why not just put it on the food this did not make any sense to me at all. Because they did this the hot sauce soaked into the fries and the gyro. I called Boki and once again they answered with Hello and once again I asked if this was Boki. I told them what happened with the driver dropping the meal in front of me and the meal was ruined. His response was to call Grub Hub and tell them because its not their problem. I see it as they choose to use Grub Hub and this makes it their problem or it should be a concern of theirs that their food is being delivered in poor condition and will be turning customers away.

First time customer, when we showed up the male behind the counter was clearly under the influence of drugs. The trainee that was actually working did a wonderful job. The male coworker proceeded to make the food with no gloves and speaking very unprofessional cursing and bashing other establishments as well as taking on his personal phone (not like there is a worldwide pandemic going on). Unfortunately we did not eat the food and decided to eat elsewhere.

We ordered Boki from DoorDash for lunch today and were very happy with the food. Fresh, high quality ingredients! Delicious flavors as well. This is the best falafel that I’ve had in Sioux Falls so far. The gyro meat was phenomenal.
