My fiance and I went and over all had a bad experience. I want to start off by saying it was dead maybe 20 or so people. I ordered an app in the hopes it would come before the rest of our food it didn't. When I did get my food it had a hair in it they did end up remaking it but didn't offer any type of compensation for it and only said that it was the second time that night.They only gave us 2 out of the 3 drinks we ordered and I had to ask again for our 3rd drink and no one came to our table to offer refilles without being asked. When we got out bill and paid the assumed that we wouldn't want our change which was $13.95 only ended up give us the $13. Over all wasn't worth going and won't be returning to that location.

Lots of tvs was the only thing that really made the visit. OK.Cramped dining area. It's hard to get staff to help you, and if you do get someone's attention, someone else comes to help. Confusing. The food was dry and bland. Thank you for a pleasant evening, even though.

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. My family had been to other locations a few times and said the food was good. When we got there we seen it was busy and were told a 30 minute wait. We decided to wait. We watched ppl get seated who had been waiting...no problem. But then we saw ppl just coming in and getting seated within minutes. The last party who came in quite awhile after us got seated before us. After waiting another 10 minutes after the last party yout hostess who had been there most of thr time asked us if we were waiting for something. We finally had to tell her a table. She then asked for the name....and acted confused. She then said she could seat us a cple of minutes later. By this time we had been waiting for 47 minutes. Imagine our surprise when there was 4 empty n clean tables by us. No, not alot of ppl had left as we were waiting. My kids had wings and my spouse and I both got burgers. The burgers were not great. We had also gotten a to go my order that I chose to put in when we ordered, bc i didn't want another wait. The to go order was out 10 mins before our food. Our server was decent, but admittedly by the time shot got our table we already had such a negative experience.If you want to be forgotten by a rude and not so personable hostess this is the place to go. If u want greasy burgers....here u go. If u want less than subpar food, this is ur place. I cldve went to mcdonlads and got a better burger for half the price. Wont be back to this establishment and will probably not got to BWW again.

We also missed out on the simple pleasure of a drink refill throughout our meal, which might seem minor but speaks volumes about attentiveness. The wait for payment to be processed after we’d finished eating just added to the frustration, stretching out what was already a less-than-ideal evening.This was by far not the standard I’ve come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings, and while I’m not one to complain, I feel it’s fair to share that this experience was a miss. If you’re looking for a more reliable and enjoyable visit, I’d suggest heading over to the Louise location instead.

Disabled here, Asked for a booth and was told no. She clearly didn't want to clean them because there were three booths empty as we were seated. People were seated in these booths later on. Front of house worker was sassy and disrespectful. Awful how they treated me this visit. Won't be back. 2/15/24 8;30pm. Check the schedule and do some sensitivity training with that child.
