This is a great family restaurant! My family and I enjoyed the great food. The service was awesome. The employes were so nice, they gave my children some coins to play some games.

Went on a Wednesday. Bottom less wings and fries. Food was perfect. Drinks were cold and It wasn't busy. Very clean establishment lots of TV options to watch. Fast service friendly staff. Will go again....!

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least 3 times a month and if I ever come on a weekday there is a woman bartender who continues to be rude every time. The first couple of times I tried to thing of a reason why she might be having a hard night but I've had enough. She acts like she doesn't want to be there and it honestly makes me not want to be there either. Even when you say "thank you" when you leave she is silent and doesn't even smile or look at you. I can find somewhere else to go where I don't have to deal with the side eyes and attitude.

No cravings for wings often, but when it's what you want to eat, this is the place to go. If you don't want children around, sit bar side, recommend sitting at the bar - you'll get great service.

Good buffalo wild wings definitely a little small. Would recommend going at non-peak hours because other then how busy they get they're an amazing place to have a meal or some brews.

I had trouble ordering online and inadvertently placed a Superbowl order for immediate need on Sat instead of Sunday for the game. I called in a panic, spoke to Manager Jordan and he graciously offered to let me pick up our order on Sunday as planned rather than Sat. It was such a treat to have this situation seemingly easily rectified and an even greater treat to have Buffalo Wild Wings at our Superbowl party! Go Chiefs!

We ordered through food dudes. Placed our order at 5:45. Approximate wait time was an hour. When the driver got to BBW he found out our order wasn’t placed until 6:15. At 7:20 we were informed our order still wasn’t ready. We are going on 2 hours for our order. Have never had this problem with any other restaurant.

I had the Caribbean J*** and Thai Curry wings of which both were very good. The o service was good. The only thing was that it took a long time for our food to come after the order was placed, but the Farm Show was going on at the time so that may have been a factor.

It has taken an hour and a half to get our order. We were told there a couple large groups on the other side. That side is 1/4 full and largest group is 6. Told they are waiting on the wings - isn’t that the main thing they do?

Went late last night; there were two tables seated that were about done. Took 15min to get drinks. Asked about our food after 40min. Was told it was still being prepared. Two tables seated after us got their food, ate AND left. Asked for the food to be packaged to go and a manager after waiting another 10min. Was told the manager would be over after she finished changing the tv channel. Which she did for some time. She came over and comped some for our wait. We eventually got our food and left. Got home and had less than half of our order. Took 30min to get through when we called. Was told by the manager her fryers were off. She was unwilling to help us. Called this morning to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 5minutes to be told the managers said they were too busy to take the call! UNACCEPTABLE! I will be going in and calling corporate. For now on I will stick to the Louise location
