Ordered a whopper Jr. With only pickles and cheese. They didn't give us one so we went back and waited 20 mins for a whopper Jr with everything. They got the bacon melt wrong we ordered too. Wasted $18. Thanks guys.

Wow the absolute worst bk to eat at. We we’re the only to people in the lobby and the whole store and they still got our order wrong. Employees didn’t have a clue what they were doing. My burgers tasted awful and I ended up sick. If you value your life DO NOT EAT this location

Just went thru drive thru at 8:35 am on Aug 18. I ordered one sausage, cheese and egg biscuit. When I drive around the cashier said you can get 2 of these for about the same price. I said ok thanks! Did not know that. Then he suggested to get jelly for me and I said sure! Now this is CS and I appreciated him. He went out of his way to help me save me money and make my biscuit even better by putting grape jelly on it and he did not have to do that because so many places these days are not giving any customer service so I him. I'm sure the food is fine but I don't know if they got enough employees or they didn't know what the hell they were doing but I waited in the drive through with another 6-7 cars, 20mins at least, I had to get out of my car and tell the cars behind me to back up so I can leave, it was hot out and my kids were getting upset, they are to get the orders out under or at 45 seconds. If they weren't staff right or supplies weren't stocked right whatever the reason, the higher ups and current management needs to do better.

I dont know what has changed in training/ work force around there over the last few months but the food and service have both be terrible!!! I ordered a bacon king, no ketchup, med fry with a med Dr. Pepper no ice. Get to the window what do they hand me a Dr. Pepper with ice, not the end of the world but i get it. ask if i can get my correct drink. Xander ( i believe was is his name) told me "they where to busy to switch it" ok, cool no big deal. Get back to my office and what else is there? Ketchup all off the burger no mayo. Guess its time to find a new place to grab a quick lunch. Will not be reurning
