Can I give this 0 stars? My family and I were staying in Sioux Falls, SD for the first time for my birthday. We ordered 2 sandwiches from Capriotti's as an online pick-up order. We ordered a small grilled Italian sub and a large chicken parmesan philly. Once we got back to the hotel, we opened the sandwiches and were shocked to see a large meatball sub with VERY soggy bread and a grilled italian with the same bread issue. There was little to no flavor in either sandwich. We will not be ordering from here ever again. It's a better bet to go with Jersey Mike's!

I have been here before and it was very good. This last they had a cook that could have given a rats ass. Sandwich was cold and not up to the standards of this chain.

Chicken cheesesteak did not disappoint. I added mayo and hot peppers and each bite was full of flavor and deliciousness. Will definitely be returning!

My first time here. Pleasant ordering experience, fast service. However, the turkey was quite dry, the sub roll was just too much bread for the amount of filling. Everything was half-assed shoved into the sub roll and as soon as i took a bite, the lettuce and tomato just slid off the sandwich. It was a mess to try and eat! $15 for a sandwich, chips, and fountain drink. No thx, I'll stick with jersey mikes or JJ's!

My friend and I stopped for a quick bite before attending a concert. The service was great and my sandwich was even better! I ordered a Classic Cheese Steak. The meat was tender and cooked just right and the mushrooms were very flavorful! Just a great sandwich! I will definitely eat here again!
Just want to say how awesome the staff was on Friday evening 7/21/23. We had just arrived to Sioux Falls and with 5 minutes left to close. The staff were so kind and happy to help us regardless of the closing time. So very nice! We really appreciated this as we were hungry after a long motorcycle ride! Thanks so much.

Mediocre at best. Extremely pricy at $16 for a medium sandwich. All the tables were dirty when walking in and we had to wipe them with thin napkins that barely did the job.
