Got food poisoning so severe that I ended up in the ER.

Came to dairy queen because I wanted ice cream. We went through the drive thru, nobody answered so we went inside. It took forever to order, and even longer to receive only two small blizzards. There were many staff in the back who were goofing off and didn’t pay mind to the growing line of over 30+ people. In the end we waited 40 minutes for two blizzards, and they got the sizes wrong. Not very pleased at all.

Always understaffed. Corporate fails this terribly. Feel bad for the workers. Corporate trying to save a buck by understaffing them. I've been there 10 times and everytime it takes forever to get any food or meal. Whoever the higher ups are need to be fired. They run these dairy queens like trash.

I went to get 2 blizzards April 7th at 8pm.. I didn't get my blizzards until 8:50 pm.. many people left without their orders because they were so mad! 9 workers to boot! All messing around while 30 people are waiting! The only reason I got my order is because an off duty worker came in and got everything turned around! There was no excuse for this! 50 mins for two blizzards

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. My son wanted ice cream. And it’s a nice day so I took him to dq for an early dinner and ice cream. Pulled up to drive thru on left side. Sat there for 5 mins or so. As the lane on the right kept moving. So I backed up thinking maybe this speaker just doesn’t work. I was in the other line for a whole 30 seconds before another car pulls up on the left. Gets served immediately. And same thing for the 3 cars behind it. As I sit there patiently thinking it’s just bad timing. An hour goes by. I finally make it to the window. The food is cold. Like cold cold. Half of it is missing. I handed it back to the lady. Asked if they could re make it. As I’ve already waited an hour. What’s another few mins for fresh food? She then throws a receipt out the window. And closed it. I sat there for another 2-3 mins before a young kid comes to the window and asks why I haven’t moved. So I parked. Went inside. And saw a dirty. Understaffed. And chaotic environment. I’ll never shop her again.

I had shown up on time to pick up a mobile order and no one was working the front desk, I waited for ten minutes when a guy came out from the bathroom looking bad and dirty and clearly on drugs I had told him my order and he went and picked up a fry from someone’s order and eating it and the order was mine he then cupped his hand all over my fries and put them in the bag i then told him I couldn’t eat those cause the way he handled them, he got me new ones but I was already sick to my stomach I will not go there again those type of people don’t need to be working with food and Dairy Queen needs to do better.
