Normally dont leave reviews but this place is getting bad. Grew up on this side of town and this used to be a great place to go. Last 3 or 4 times ive gone through the drive through have been 15 plus minute waits. Sat down to eat today and took 30 minutes to get food, had other people inside but not near as busy as the one on 57th we drove past on the way. When food finally came out worker had an attitude and started digging through our food at our table with no gloves on. Food was okay about what you would expect for a later Dairy Queen dinner. The lack of customer service and the nasty sanitation of this place is down the hole. Needs to be torn down or let someone else take over.

I have problems with this dq more than once but i decided maybe they just had a couple bad days. But this is the 3rd time i have gone through the drive-through and sat at the window for 15 minutes, that is ridiculous. i have dq experience and it shouldnt take 15 minutes in the drive-through for 3 blizzards. even if it does take that long they should let us know and not just have us sit there. The food is great but there service needs some some work!

This DQ has really let me down the last few times I’ve gone. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and I asked if they would be able to make an Oreo shake, they said yes but will have to charge me for the Oreos, I said that’s fine and ordered a medium. I literally was handed a medium cup filled 3/4 full of a vanilla shake with the TINIEST amount of Oreo. Why tell me you can make something when you obviously can’t??? Would’ve ordered a blizzard instead if I knew that’s how my shake would turn out. Service is also always very slow and unfriendly. I think I’m gonna avoid this location at all costs from here on out.

We were from out of town. Went to this store on a Saturday night around 930pm. When we arrived there was only one other customer in front of us. No other customers in the store. We ordered a M&M blizzard, a cookie dough blizzard, and a banana split. We were given a plastic red marker to take to our table with a number on it. Shortly afterward, there was a rush of customers. I then noticed those customers that came in after us they were getting their food. I went to the counter, and I asked where my order was. The employee replied, "I already gave it to someone else" not me I responded back. I didn't even get a "I'm sorry I'll make you another one." nothing. I then left, came back for a refund, and was advised that the manager had to do the refund, but he left and will be back in 15 minutes. Where the hell does a manager go at 10 pm at night. I left, no time to wait. I spent 19.89 for nothing. Order #45 @ 9:29pm Saturday 4/6/24. POS cc xxxx xxxx xxxx 1081. What a terrible experience.

Food was cold, waited in drive thru for ever. There wasn’t a single customer inside either. Worker dropped our food while trying to hand it to us out of the window, never even said I’m sorry… she just closed the window. Had to get out of my vehicle and go inside. No napkins so asked for some, worker handed me dirty napkins. I’m sure they were having a bad Monday but had lots of attitude. Was just trying to get the correct food that I paid for. Will go somewhere else next time, didn’t mean to be an inconvenience to them.

I ordered a side of onion rings and paid for them and waited for a good 20-25 minutes with nothing. No one came to the register to help me so I just ended up leaving. Customer service definitely needs work.

This place is awful. They act all nice and cool, and then they brought me my Moolatte with NO whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on it — not even rushed just like here you go all nonchalantly. Oh was it because I sat down and waited with my friends? Was it because you just were pissed? They treat customers like they’re their enemy. I went back up to ask for it, waited, was patient (waited for like 5 min), chill, and courteous, and the manager just gave me this little squirt like he was doing me a favor. What a joke! The Moolatte was pretty gross too! This is by far the worse and most ghetto DQ I’ve ever been too. 3/14/24 at around 8:45pm.

I ordered a Oreo blizzard and they gave me a Penut butter blizzard and when I went in to get a replacement because, my sister is allergic to pb, they gave me a m&m blizzard. My fries were also cold. Wish I could give them no stars, because that is what they deserve for this terrible service

Shorted me on my items. I ordered a chicken strip basket with toast and they didn’t give me my toast. Also ordered pretzel sticks and 3 come in one and they only put 2 in there. I paid almost $20 for my food and waited in the drive through for a long time only to not even get all of my food, ridiculous.

I debated on leaving a review because I don't review a lot of places but I just can't shake my experience through the drive-thru yesterday. The young woman who took my order & handled my transaction was so rude. She made it the most unpleasant and tense transaction of my life. I truly hope she has a better day today or maybe thinks about a different job.
