Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in Sioux Falls. Driver forgot my dips tried to let him know and he rudely says they're in the bag. Called the store to explain my experience and barely got a mumbled apology. Never ordering from this store

As I showed up I heard employee's shouting at eachother. At the counter I tipped 30% which I thought was generous. I waited for 15 mins in the lobby. Should have checked food before going home. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. And stuffed breadsticks. The pizza was so uncooked it was inedible even while drunk. All I could gobble down was the stuffed bread with marinara. No napkins, plates. Employee acted surprised when I tipped. I see why.

Absolutely terrible service and attitude! They incorrectly made my order, & it took 50 minutes longer than quoted. I could get past a mistake except when I brought it to their attention, she way rude & snippy to me. I literally did nothing wrong. I'm done with this Domino's. ?Too many for pizza places in town that I never have to come here again.

Though domino's routinely breaks fair labor and standard act laws, when getting a delivery ask for no other then JEFF HEADRICK. He uses a back brace to work BUT he comes with a smile, good jokes and definitely makes you feel like you matter as a person instead of just another delivery order. Tips are always needed as the base for these drivers is $10 per hour in 2023. Driver Jeff is definitely worth handling your delivery.

Why would this be placed in the box? Not much was on the top of the box, so it doesn't appear that it was dropped during shipping, which I know can happen. This looks like someone was too lazy to admit they made a mistake and remake it before it went to the customer. At least Domino's as a company stands by their products and makes it right on your next purchase.
