We came in at closing time and they were so nice. I lady working had just cleaned the floor and she asked us if we wanted to dine in! And the other man working in there was super friendly too!

Love Erbert and Gerbert. This one is the worst E&G in maybe the world. The owner or someone who acted like they were was there and he was frantically running around, extremely negative and over bearing to each employee. The food was the worst quality and portion of any E&G ever. Literally they didn't use oil and used too much X and not enough Y. Almost all Erberts I've been to are extremely consistent but this place should lose the right to claim name to the Erbert and Gerbert franchise.As I reflected on this horrible experience. Long line, toxic energy from manager/owner and the cashier, complete incompetence from everyone I can't think of a worse sandwich shop experience I've ever had. Do not go here it is literally the worst. Jesse

I haven't been to Erberts and Gerberts for years! And today's visit made me wonder why?! The food was good, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. One thing I would do is improve the lighting in the restaurant. It was a sunny day and I felt like it wasn't ... The walls are dark and have a heavy paint color and the windows are deep set, not letting natural light in. I had the Flash combo and it was very good Also, I am not always one for the "schpeel" that every business now-a-days give to download the ap and get points to earn free food etc, but I am actually going to do it this time! These days, there is a sandwich shop around every corner, but I did enjoy the little differences that E&B presents.

Honestly this is my favorite Sub place in Sioux Falls (Mr Goodscents is good too) I've eaten here 10+ times and always enjoy it so much. Customer service is USUALLY great but really I love this place because their food rocks.
