This is a good option for Indian food.wait time is little more than expected.Hope they can serve faster.Food quality is good.Dal makhani used to be great but now it has degraded a bit in terms of taste. Maintaining taste for some food items is needed.

Everest used to be our go-to for great carry-out Indian food in Sioux Falls. The food is still good. The issue is that you might not ever get your food. Or, if you get it, it'll be way after the time it should be ready. I tried putting in orders 30 minutes earlier than I'd show up hoping it would be ready. Worked a couple times. But lately it's an hour. The food is no longer good enough to offset the terrible service and meeting quoted times. No apologies from anyone, just reassurement that "it's almost ready". As I sit here my order has been almost ready for close to 45 minutes. If you have no immediate plans, and you can afford to spend a a few hours waiting carry-out orders, please try it because the food is good.
