Went in today 4/17 at a off peak time at about 1:20p, there were only 2 other groups of 2 eating. Took our server ross 15mins to even take a drink order/ food order, we were just about to get up and leave. We'll we should've since the food was over salted like they dropped the shaker in the food. AND to top it off we told them my wife couldn't have gluten due to her being a celiac, yet they put her burnt ends right on top of a piece of toast. After we finished eating what we could we had to go to the damn counter to pay as the server couldn't be bothered to do his damn job. Won't be returning. If your thinking BBQ then go somewhere else the service here is non-existent.

Took over 45 mins to get our food and when it arrived my brisket and burnt ends were as cold as the refrigerator took over 30 mins to get a refill on our drinks and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Service was sadly lacking and definitely not worth the price for the the quality of service and food

Just disappointed, was here back in late 2020 and there was not good food or service then. Give it one more try. But to my disappointment it was nothing to write home about.

You guys are serving plastic food. Especially the Brisket. Complete plastic. But you charge me the price of a real brisket. Even my dog refuses to eat it. Animal knows real food. I’ll definitely reach out to cooperate and get answers. I’m curious, what do you guys do with the actual Brisket since selling plastic to customers is the new thing

Hostess looked like she hated her job. She was not very welcoming. Made me feel like I was a bother because she had to seat us at a table (even though that’s her job I’m assuming). There was 2 other groups that were seated besides my group, so not very busy at all. Waitress was very nice, seem very apologetic and you can tell she was trying to make up for how the hostess was acting. THE FOOD WAS GREAT, PLACE WAS CLEAN. I really hope they can hire new people that will liven the place up though! People don’t like going where they don’t feel welcomed. Whoever the hostess was on (4/6/2024 at around 3PM) should probably not be working with customers. She clearly hates her job or hates working in general.

The food was cold, service was terrible. Our server, Alicia was rude and smelled like cigarettes. She made us wait 30 minutes to pay, we almost walked out without paying. This was on April 6th, 8:00pm. She was uncooperative, not accommodating at all. It felt that everyone was in a hurry to clock out, and nobody cared anymore.

We always have a great time at this location. Our server was prompt and courteous, and the food was delicious! We do tend to go during non busy hours as that's what works best for our large family!

Everything was tasty, but the brisket was underwhelming, this time. Not bad, but not delish, like we remember. The other meats and sides were good. We will come back.

Food was fantastic at a great value. Get the All American platter. Servers were fun and quick. Corn bread is better eaten at the end so you can enjoy how amazing they are. One is never enough!

Went there on 2/21 for my birthday, and after going to this resturant for over 20 years I don't think we will be back. When ordering drinks we asked for a 2 kids menus and our waitress response was "um, no" it's for kids 10 and under. So this is obviously a management rule. 2 problems with that:If my 11 yr old daughter wants chicken tenders she now has to order of the pick me menu which starts at 18, when she only wants 2 chicken tenders that is excessive. My 15yr old son is autistic and has had food issues all his life, he eats exactly 3 things ate resturants: grilled cheese, kraft mac and cheese, pancakes. As a result he has ate off the kids menu his entire life because they usually have one of those options. Why are we gatekeeping a kids menu? It's cheaper because it comes with less food. After trying to find something on the menu as a substitute without luck I told the server we are going to leave, would she like us to pay for the drinks or no? Her response was I have to have you pay for the drinks. Which you don't you could have the manager remove them but whatever I guess. She brings the back and I use a $5 coupon which is met with an eye roll from the waitress. She then goes to run my card, talks to her manager 2 times, returns my card and we get a have a good night. The manager never stops by even though he is aware of the situation.2 suggestions: revisit your kids menu policy, don't gatekeep something just to force people to spend more.money. and have managers who address situations when aware of them instead of hiding and avoiding the problem.

Only customers in the place at 3pm. Was seated right away, waited 15 minutes and no service. We were literally the only customers in the joint! Never again!
