This place is a good value for the price point of a fast, casual food. Tucked inside a Scheels, it's spacious, clean, and offers a ton of variety. Sandwiches range from $8-$10 and they do not skimp on portions. Sides are the typical chips or salad. Kids meals are around $4-$5 which you don't see since the recent inflation- it included entree, side, drink, and an ice cream. Our family is 6 ate for $42 which is much less than we spend at Chick-Fil-A. There were plenty of dessert options that range from $2-$4 which, again, is incredible value when you consider what food costs these days. This isn't fine dining by any means but is the perfect lunch stop and conveniently inside of a Scheels. Great value, good service, clean atmosphere, and tons of variety!

I've eaten here twice in the past two days. It's really great we tried a total of three different sandwiches (none of their specialty drinks yet). It's a really cute little deli with the sweetest employees! For how busy this place was during lunchtime, I'm shocked to be the first person to post any pictures! You order at one side of the counter and pay at the other, then you wait like 45 seconds at your table and it magically appears. I honestly can't pick a favorite sandwich they were all top notch and so generous! I spent less than $10 on a bag of chips and a sandwich that was way too big for me to finish! You have to give it a try if you're going to Scheels. It's attached to the candy shop.

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming here. I had an issue during my visit. The manager not only went out of his way to help me ! He made sure to fix the issue. I was very impressed. The service here is fantastic. This whole store is a lot of fun.
Good coffee and friendly workers but they prioritize friends over other customers. A friend and I went there and got 1 drink each. After we ordered, someone came up and ordered multiple drinks and they knew one of the workers. They were talking and started making the drinks. My friend got hers first, then they started making that other persons drinks while also working on mine. When they called for mine, they made it wrong. So they gave that drink to their friend. Then finished making her drinks before remaking mine.

How have I lived here so many years without enjoying lunch here!? What a delight! I met a friend for lunch at Ginna's after hearing a few people rave about their sammies. We were greeted pleasantly and our order was taken without rush- a menu that will have something for everyone! Sandwiches ( hot, cold, wraps) and soups ( numerous to choose from). The baked goods case looked heavenly and there was abpretty extensive coffee selection, too.. The prices were quite reasonable and our wait was short. Plenty of seating but it really filled up (clearly everyone else has heard of this wonderful spot!) Our food was delectable and massive portions. The red pepper gouda soup was divine. I absolutely will be coming here time and time again!

Michael in the men's shoe department was great help. He gave me a shoe that fit my budget, met my needs, and fit the arch of my foot. Seriously glad he came up to me and asked if I needed help. Thank you my man!

I placed three different orders beginning Christmas eve for someone visiting us on December 26, 2023. Each time, the order (a gift card) appeared to be processed. Once, I saw the amount pending on our bank card. Each time, the gift card was never processed. Today, I finally tried again, to call the company to let them know that I had tried three different times to buy a gift card for the same person and each time, it appeared to process and each time, nothing happened. I thought that by calling directly, I would get some help and finally resolve the problem so that the person who by now knew of the pending gift could use it. Instead I was told that I may have cancelled other orders (not with Scheels as I had purchased a gift card the year before for the same person). I was told that Scheels using a reporting agency that lets them know when a person cancels an order, so suspecting that I may cancel the order, they cancelled my order three different times? It did not make any sense. I am an avid shopper on Amazon since the pandemic restricted in person shopping. I asked Scheels if they were able to look at a person's ordering record with big companies like Amazon, Target, or Walmart. All places I shop. The person who answered the phone on the other end became very rude. I told her, I actually did not need to order anything from Scheels with that experience (random canceling of a Christmas order placed three different times) and her rudeness. As soon as the call ended, I contacted Amazon, and they texted the gift card to the patient person who waited since December 26 for their gift. Personally, I will never shop with this company.
