Grocery pick up online is such a cluster and disorganized. They drag their containers through the snowy muck, then stack them within each other where our food is stored! ?
Always have leaky milk. Never fails. As long as it takes to wait in line, you might as well go in and shop yourself. Well ran store but the grocery pick up creates frustration and is time waste rather than a time save. They need a better system. Don’t know why it is far away from the building…

We went there a second time today after a less than ideal 1st experience a few months ago. Unfortunately, today we waited 20 minutes at our table and weren't even offered waters. Completely ignored after we were seated. So we left without ordering anything.The time before, it took nearly an hour to get our food.

South Sycamore is NOT like the other hyvees I have been to before. Watch your reciepts!!!! Sale prices or coupons don't come off. Don't expect any customer service either and if you think asking for the manager(s) to help Well that's just as bad!!!! Worse place I have ever seen from the pharmacy to frozen to management

Waited a very long time for our breakfast. Was luke warm at best when we got it. Areas need to be cleaned, dust, spills, etc. It was not that busy when we were there and yet it took way too long to get our food. Not impressed at all at the Sycamore location. Won't eat there again.

I see someone did a review about waiting in line to order... well we thought so at first, after the change awhile back, but if you go into bar you will see the area has bar and other seating by the bar. You will be waited on in this area! Has Happy Hour Tuesday through Sunday 4-7pm and all day Mondays. Food is good and variety of beer choices. Give it a try

Sports bar wanna be. The last time we went there it was like a restaurant where you were waited on by a server. The menu selection was a bit small but varied. Now it's primarily burgers. The TV's are geared to sports. None of this is a problem to this point. However, to get your food & drink, you have to wait in line before entering the restaurant. Next you're given a single sheet menu & stand around to make your selection, holding up others in line. For your food items you pay there. Ater finding a place to sit, you have to go up to the bar. Payments are paid at each location. Again waiting in line. The food is delivered to your table. The food is as good as any other sports bar but outstanding. This format of having to go from place to place, paying at each stop rather than once will keep me from coming back. The original way customer traffic was handled was much better.

I get an advertisement in my email from hyvee for 2 eggs, meat choice, hashbrowns, and toast for $3.99 for the month of july, any day but when we tried to order on a Sunday morning they said no. It took 2 managers to look at my phone for us to get that price. Not going back. What happened to always honoring an advertised ad with out question.
