Live band was setting up. We went as a pre-meal before an event in ICON, so the loud music wasn't our thing. But never mind the sound check noise. The service was great, cocktails were very good, food was delicious.
My husband and I hosted our wedding ceremony and reception Icon. The team was great & easy to work with, the food was delicious, and the space was beautiful and worked so well for our 250 person wedding.

It seems lately, when the wait staff knows they will be getting a 22% tip, they tend to not do their jobs as well as they should. Our waitress was just okay. She kept our drinks full but we waited over an hour and a half for our food all while watching tables that arrived after us get served and finish their meals and leave before ours was even served!
