I tried ordering on their app but it wouldn't place. I walked inside and they all shouted out a greeting that I couldn't make out. I ordered a Tuscan Italian wrap. I asked for extra pickles and extra onions. And a giant pickle cut in half. Once in my car, I noticed no pickles were added at all. And very little of any vegetables were even inside. I was too annoyed to go back inside. The advertisement was extremely deceiving with the vegetables pouring out of the wrap. Definitely not worth $12.96. It was an unappetizing, absolutely zero flavored wrap I have attempted to eat. Sad overall.

Would not deliver 3.9 miles said it was too far and acted like idiots on the phone extremely bad service even after the other store confirmed they should deliver to my location. I have ordered from them numerous times and spent hundreds of dollars there on myself and multiple get togethers for my employees. And now 3.9 miles is too far to deliver. That is extremely bad customer service and have lost my business and I will never order anything from them again. I will not ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Jimmy John's puts out a good sandwich overall. They run a bit pricey on some things (not to mention their advertising is a bit corny) but the sandwiches are fresh and delicious. I wish they had some seafood options, though.

This will be my first and last time at jimmy Johns,The salami pesto sandwich was so bad I felt ashamed to put it to my mouth I wouldn't feed this to criminals. Honestly I was expecting such a different experience considering the worker exclaimed it was far better then Jersey Mike's....it wasn't. Id have choose a subway sandwich of jimmy Johns. And the chips to be considered flavored they need to contain flavoring for 14.50 I received not a sandwich but disappoinment. Thank you jimmy Johns for stealing 30 lunch.
During terrible weather conditions, they still provided excellent service. This is my favorite location and they never disappoint. Thank you to the staff for helping us out in a pinch!

My kid ordered a slim 4 add cheese and was told no. They were saving the cheese for the new sandwich??? Also my wife ordered the same thing just add lettuce and was told the same thing. Sounds like customer service is at the bottom of your priority list. Usually eat here at least once a week but I guess subway it is from now on.

I love Jimmy johns bread. Its the best Cold sub place in town. Subway has more toppings, but the bread is not even close. And delivered, it's always fast. Not super expensive either. And the boys working last time I went in were very nice to my young child as well.
