Upon entering the resturant at 11:15 am on a Tuesday there was no one at the front counter. I waited thinking someone would come up. I could hear three employees in the back joking and talking to each other. I waited more. After a good 5 minutes with no one coming I said "Hello? trying to get someone's attention. Still no one appears but I can see three people behind the prep counter moving and hear them laughing and talking . Still no one appears. After another three minutes I yell "Hello?. From the far left a woman walks behind the prep counter and comes around the right side to the front. She greets me with "ya?" I smiled and said. Hi, I didn't know if anybody was back there or not. I yelled and o one responded. She immediately got the attitude look on her face and said " You can just leave" I said "Why would I leave?" Her reply was " Because you have an attitude " I said, mam I've waited for almost 10 minutes, called out twice and now you want me to leave? Her response: "Leave". I said I want to speak to the manager and she replied that she was the manager. I said, can I have your name? She replied " leave!" I said are you sure you want to do this. You could call the cops but why would I leave? She said again, "leave." No explanation, no reasonable reply, just a rude, caustic " leave" over and over again. I snapped a photo of this manager so hopefully Yum foods can see exactly who is treating customers with overwhelming disrespect and lack of human decency. By her discrimination and refusal to serve me she's obviously not a person you would want anywhere representing you company. This KFC was closed for quite sometime. Looks like we're head there again.

Doesn't make sense that ordering online is cheaper than in store or you don't have item anymore then take it off menu I'll never use my lunch hour to go to KFC not worth it

My recent visit to KFC left me underwhelmed, prompting me to give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, both the quality of the food and the service fell short of expectations.Firstly, the food's quality was not up to the usual standards associated with KFC. The chicken seemed overcooked and lacked the signature flavor I have come to expect from this franchise. The sides were mediocre at best, failing to complement the main dish. This departure from the consistently high standards was disappointing, and it left me questioning the overall commitment to quality.Equally disappointing was the service I received. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive, and the overall efficiency was lacking. Orders took longer than anticipated, and the lack of communication about delays added to the frustration. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, contributing to a less-than-pleasant dining experience. While I have had positive experiences at KFC in the past, this particular visit did not reflect the brand's usual excellence. I hope that this feedback can contribute to improvements in both food quality and service in the future. For now, my rating stands at 2 out of 5 stars based on this unsatisfactory experience.

Had to change my review, again.Placed online order. Waited the 20 plus minutes and went to get it. Not their fault, but a SWAT issue forced them to close early. No phone call, no email, zero contact; saying my order couldn't be completed. As of right now, I'm out a lot of money and very hungry.Went to another location and found out this location charges more on items. I'm thinking we're done with this nonsense.

I love this KFC honestly the employees in this place are some of the best. Watch and listen to your order if you dine in, the locals will gladly take your 30 dollar meal and eat it in front of you like it's deserved. We sat for 20 minutes because someone walked up and stole our meal. The staff was ? and gladly remade the meal. Clean on the inside, kitchen was swept, and looked as though things had been moved and cleaned recently. If you're craving chicken and fire mashed potatoes this is the spot!

I ordered the 3pc extra crispy chicken tenders. They were gross! They were super thin, flimsy, and not even CLOSE to extra crispy. Very disappointed.

The chicken was very good. I5 wasn't greasy which was great. The cole slaw was a bit too freshly made and needed more time to marinate. This better than too old. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit was very good. The reason for the 3 star review and not a 5 star review. It seemed that my being there was an annoyinfg to the young lady at the counter. I worked in customer service for a very long time.My other issue I experienced was the price meal was the price. A two piece white meat chicken meal with two sides and a biscuit was $9.63 cents. She couldn't be bothered with giving me the receipt. The coupon I had suggested between $4 and change to $5 and change. The meals used to include two sides and since I couldn't read the menu, I was at her mercy. I think she ended with a $3.00 tip.It is likely I was overcharged and a bother to the girl at the counter. Many restaurants used to have menus for people with old eyes. Since I didn't order a drink because I am diabetic, diet drinks taste bad and a recent report suggested aspartame is unhealthy, I was hoping she would offer me some water. After all this negativity, I won't be bothering KFC again unless they bring back the fantastic rotisserie chick they served in the '90s or the grilled chicken from about ten years or so.
