For some reason they decided to give me 9 over cooked nuggets instead of 10 normally cooked nuggets...The Big Mac was very sloppy and had tons of lettuce and grilled onions ( see photo ). Do better.

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had at any service business in my life totally screwed up the order stupid enough to order an iced tea which look like straight water McDonald's has been slipping real bad here in the last year or so but this McDonald's here does not deserve to be in business

Ugly attitudes, no customer service. Last week waiting in line with 2 cars in front for over 20 mins. Got my Fries hard and cold and refused to get fresh fries after the fact. Today dined in, food was good. Just disassemble and the customer service wasn't present. Young guy tried to help but his coworker didn't help the situation. One of my fave MCD location only reason why I'm reviewing because this issue is very uncharacteristic especially my last 3 visits

worst mcdonald’s ever. terrible customer service, food takes to long to make, food taste like dirt. it takes them 20 minutes for a small 4 dollar online order it’s fast food not a restaurant ??

It's McDonald's! Bathrooms need to be cleaned more. We stop there on our way up to Sioux Falls and back. It's about 1/2 for us. We grab a bite and use bathrooms. Womens could be cleaned or picked up.

It's McDonald's and it's what you expect. The Wi-Fi is really excellent at this McDonald's. You have 200 mb down so you can for sure do your work

Please do NOT eat at this McDonald's. Find another place to eat. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I was driving my Mom from Minnesota to Oklahoma, passing through Sioux Falls, right as a winter storm was hitting. The roads were very bad. We stopped for breakfast, and when we left I left my cell phone. I didn't realize until about 2 1/2 hours after we left. I called the store and the manager said they had the phone. I explained that we were already hundreds of miles away, and asked if she could ship it to me if I provided her my shipping account info to pay for it. She said no, their "policy" is that you have to come back to pick it up. I said, "So you're telling me I would have to drive all the way back to pick it up?" and she said, "Yes, that's our policy." I said, "I can call the phone right now to prove it's my phone..." and she hung up on me! I called back about a half hour later, asked for the manager, and I said, "If I arrange a FedEx driver to pick the phone up, will you allow the FedEx driver to pick it up?" Without saying anything she just hung up on me again. So now we are driving south, hundreds of miles away, with no way to communicate with them to figure out what to do.This was Sunday morning, 03/24/2024. The owner should fire the manager if they care about their business. Managers need basic problem-solving skills and at least a modicum of care for their customers. The store is obviously short-staffed, and there were multiple people complaining about the long wait for their food. I assume they have trouble keeping good people because of extremely poor management. I ended up having to have a local attorney in Sioux Falls retrieve the phone for me.Zero stars for this McDonald's, find somewhere else to eat.
