I was told I cannot in any circumstance order from the register. They said we will help you with kiosk. I told them I don’t want to use the kiosk. The manager say’s basically to bad see ya. How bad is this lazy pos that can’t take an order. How freaking hard is it. Never will I go there again.

Ordered from the app at 530am; arrived to the store and pulled in the Drive Thru. Was greeted by recording and then the staff inside turned off Menu board. Never acknowledged the drive thru nor did they answer their phone. Very poor customer service. No food and no refund.

Waited forever. This wasn't fast food at all. Could have had dinner in a sit down restaurant for the time it took.And where were the help? Only people you see are the ones bringing orders out. Order it on a screen and then get comfortable,you'll be there awhile.

I walked into this mcdonald's and it was totally unprofessional. The manager was nowhere to be found when there was a serious situation going on. None of the workers had name tags on. The dress code definitely was not being followed. This place definitely needs a head honcho to show up unexpected.
