(friday 19th) while i was waiting a visiting employee came to see her friends, during the time i was waiting she asked them for a 10 piece (while i waited for a 6piece), can you guess who got their food first? not the paying customer lol the lobby was ridiculously dirty, food wasnt worth the hassle. Atleast 5+ people in the back,4 around the counter chatting. I get the pay is most likey 14 & i get that these jobs generally suck, but atleast do the bare minimum ? atleast have clean tables.

I put in a mobile order, and 10+ minutes later when I arrived there, it wasn't ready. I was late to work because they drug their feet. I could understand if it was during lunch rush, but this was late at night. There was no one else in line at the drive thru. Also, they have that God awful generic design all McDonald's have now. No personality. And it took them forever to get the bagels back, while it seems like every other McDonald's was getting them.

Don't go here. Was there for breakfast. Order taker was doing only one line although 2 lines were open. She asked if I was using the mobile app and then disappeared. Explained to her that she was taking orders from only on line after her asking twice and then going back to the other line to take orders. She got mad and took another person in the other line. Really?

Ordered a mcdouble, quarter pounder, nuggets, and a large fry. They forgot my fry and when I called back they basically called me a liar. The 69th location is way friendlier and will actually makeup their mistakes.

Ordered a large fry and 2 cheeseburgers, they forgot the first part of the cheeseburger, they did make me 2 more!!
Have stopped going to McDonalds. The last three times their ice cream machine was down. Another time no one waited on me in drive thru. When I finally could speak to a person the oerson said they were closed. This was at approx. 9:00 pm at night! The person said he was there by himself because all of the staff had quit and walked off the job!!!!

We ordered in drive-thru a coffee and 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, and we specifically asked for cheese. We waited for almost 15 minutes and then didn’t have cheese on the biscuits. Pretty poor for McDonalds!
