Consistently BAD food, even for a McDonald's. Had chicken nuggets after dinner hour & truly were closer to firmness of a rock, than chicken, very dried out and stale, obviously had been sitting for quite some time and I guess they couldn't even be bothered to re-fry them?
For a new restaurant it it was severely lacking. Everything was dirty. Soda machine wasn't working right. Dirty tables floors were a mess. Staff had plenty of time to spread gossip and be on phones.

Guys, c'mon, even McDonald's food doesn't need to be this bad.... it is like comically predictable that 100% of the time we get food after 1pm it is old, dried out, hard, cold, stale, etc. I understand it is fast food but with the increase in prices, the food shouldn't be decreasing in quality.
