Ordered a bigger plate and I was supposed to get 2 being beef but it was 50 minutes until close I’m guessing they didn’t feel like making more so I was given something else as a replacement it was ok but really not what I wanted.

If it's cold outside, do not come here. Today, it's snowing and 32 degrees outside. It's about 50 in the dining room. Everyone else seems to know this, they are all wearing winter coats while eating. I left mine in the car. Should have gotten to go!

Did not have egg rolls had to wait for them to cook then had to go get them before they gave them away they forgot to bring them then they tasted horrible like burnt spices inside. Had to ask to refill 2 different coke dispensers ordered teriyaki chicken was given no sauce or anything on it had to ask just given grilled chicken. 2 tables were dirty

First time at this location, food at the counter looked scarce and you didn't really have any options left. Noone was there to take order until 4 to 5 minutes later. I opted for the bowl with fried rice and teriyaki grilled chicken. Tables were dirty. Impatient people waiting around for their food. No background music. I'll stick to the west side panda. Sorry guys ya can do better.
630pm on a Saturday, waited in drive through for 15 minutes. Ordered and then told 45min wait for fried rice, not 4 to 5.... 45! Um... that's like the main side dish, wth!

Don’t go after 530pm, even though they are open till 930pm, the last 3 times I’ve went they stop cooking the full lineup of dishes. Seems to be refined to their main dishes of orange, chicken sweetfire and whatever is leftover after the rush.

Just want to do a big shout out for DeVonte at this location! He handled our order, prepared our meals and rang us up, all with a smile. He did this with every customer there until some of the other employees arrived. Fantastic customer service DeVonte!!!
