I had an issue with an online order over the weekend. The employee working at the time said he would have the manager call me the next day. The manager did call and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. These people really do care about their customers!

Tried ordering 4 pizzas on 7/29/23; the lady, although very polite and friendly, had no idea what a Specialty or Combination types of pizzas were (various meats and veggies/multi topping pizzas that are are usually higher priced menu items) nor was there any manager or coworkers available to assist her with trying to help me place an order for 4 larges of these varieties. I had to hang up bewildered and place an order from a more popular pizza chain that understood what those types of pizzas were and was able to fulfill our needs for the party.

The staff is always friendly. They try to be quiet and get the orders right. On our last pizza, they forgot the pepperonis, but otherwise, we have had good luck. We have a dairy allergy. They will charge their gloves to help avoid cross contamination, if you ask.

Experience with pick-up orders is touch and go... well, maybe more on the "are you kidding me" side. The online orders are very rarely ready on time, and if you take the time to plan ahead and make and pay for your order at noon you may still have to wait 35 minutes to get it after work. Be ready for other people to walk in and get theirs, and the counter people do not speak to you for 20 minutes as they continue to just stack pizza upon pizza on the counter and look at you and walk away. Also, if you buy the cinnamon wheel and pay for it, there is no guarantee it will be there when you pick up your order.... yikes.Parking: At busy times you may have to park in the strip mall next door and walk.
